Claims (9)
- 医学的方法において体腔内圧を決定および制御するための方法であって、
流体は、体腔中への供給ラインを介するポンピングデバイスによってポンピングされ、
前記流体は、体腔の外へ第二のラインを通じて流れ、
前記ポンプは、制御されているポンピングデバイスを備え、
少なくとも前記供給ラインが前記ライン中の圧力を測定する圧力センサーを備えており、
前記圧力センサーによって測定される前記圧力は、状態空間を数学的に記述する、数学的評価システムの入力値であり、体腔中の正確な圧力を推定して、この推定値によって前記ポンプのパワーを制御する、
という点で特徴付けられる、方法。 - 前記数学的推定システムがカルマンフィタとして構成されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記カルマンフィルタが、連続時間型方式または離散時間型方式で構成されるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記流体がガスであるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が液体であるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項1、2または3に記載の方法。
- 体腔へ流体を導入するための医療技術デバイスであって、制御可能な流体ポンプ、供給ライン、供給ライン中の圧力センサーを備えており、
前記デバイスが、請求項1に記載の方法を行うように構成されるという点で特徴付けられる、医療技術デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の方法を行うように構成されている少なくとも1つのマイクロプロセッサ、少なくとも1つのメモリおよび少なくとも1つのソフトウェアによって特徴付けられる、請求項5に記載の医療技術デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが吸入器であるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項6または7に記載の体腔中へ流体を導入するための医療技術デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが関節鏡検査のための液体ポンプであるという点で特徴付けられる、請求項6または7に記載の体腔内へ流体を導入するための医療技術デバイス。
