Claims (16)
- 第1の塑性材料からなる取付要素(12)を第2の塑性材料からなるコンポーネント(14)に取り付けるための取付装置(10)であって、
取付要素(12)を回転軸(31)を中心に回転させるとともに、取付要素(12)に回転軸(31)の方向に働く軸方向の力を同時に加えて、取付要素(12)をコンポーネント(14)に押し込み、取付要素(12)とコンポーネント(14)との間に摩擦溶接連結部を形成可能な回転供給ユニット(20)と、
コンポーネント(14)の面と、押し込まれる取付要素(12)の面と、の間の差分距離を測定する差分距離測定装置(30)と、
測定された差分距離に応じて回転供給ユニット(20)を制御する制御ユニットと、を有することを特徴とする取付装置(10)。 - 差分距離測定装置(30)は、回転軸(31)に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 制御ユニットは、所定の最大差分距離に到達したときに、取付手順の終了前に取付要素(12)を所定の時間にわたって少なくともほぼゼロまで減少した軸方向の力および/または供給速度で回転させるように、回転供給ユニット(20)を制御するよう設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 取付要素(12)に加えられる軸方向の力を測定する力測定装置をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の取付装置(10)。
- 回転供給ユニット(20)は、取付要素(12)に加えられる軸方向の力、取付要素(12)に加えられるトルク、取付要素(12)の時間当たりの回転数および/または取付要素(12)の回転数の絶対値を制御変数として、制御ユニットにより調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 制御ユニットは、取付手順を複数の段階に分割し、異なる制御変数を用いて回転供給ユニット(20)を少なくとも二段階で調整することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の取付装置(10)。
- 回転供給ユニット(20)は、電気モータ供給駆動装置(22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の取付装置(10)。
- 回転供給ユニット(20)は、電気モータ回転駆動装置(26)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の取付装置(10)。
- 取付要素の貯蔵部から取付要素(12)を自動的に供給する供給手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の取付装置(10)。
- 供給手段は、空気圧式供給装置、ピックアンドプレイスシステムまたはカートリッジであり、カートリッジは、特に複数の取付要素(12)を含む交換可能なカートリッジであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 第1の塑性材料からなる取付要素(12)を第2の塑性材料からなるコンポーネント(14)に取り付けるための取付方法であって、
取付要素(12)は、回転供給ユニット(20)によって回転されるとともに、軸方向の力を受けてコンポーネント(12)に押し込まれ、取付要素(12)とコンポーネント(14)との間に摩擦溶接連結部が形成され、
コンポーネント(14)の表面と、押し込まれる取付要素(12)の表面と、の間の差分距離が、差分距離測定装置(30)によって測定され、
回転供給ユニット(20)が、測定された差分距離に応じて制御ユニットによって制御されることを特徴とする取付方法。 - 前記軸方向の力および/または供給速度は、所定の最大差分距離に到達したときに少なくともほぼゼロに減少される一方で、取付要素(12)の回転は所定の時間にわたって継続されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の取付方法。
- コンポーネント(14)には、予穿孔された穴(56)を有する頂部層(54)が設けられ、取付要素(12)は、頂部層(54)の下側で溶融してアンダーカット(58)を形成するように予穿孔された穴(56)に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の取付方法。
- 頂部層(54)は、塑性材料または木材、ガラス、金属などの非塑性材料によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の取付方法。
- コンポーネント(14)の塑性材料は、繊維強化されているとともに/またはハニコム構造を形成するとともに/または発泡材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の取付方法。
- 取付要素(12)の塑性材料は、コンポーネント(14)の塑性材料よりも高い融点を有することを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の取付方法。
