Claims (11)
- 基材上に材料を供給するようにディスペンサーを動作させる方法において、
前記ディスペンサーは、チャンバーを有するハウジングと、該チャンバー内に配置され該チャンバー内で軸方向に可動なピストンと、前記ハウジングに結合され該ハウジングの前記チャンバーと同軸のオリフィスを有するノズルとを備える供給ユニットと、
レバーアームを含み、かつ、前記供給ユニットに結合され前記ピストンの前記軸方向の動作を駆動するアクチュエーターと、
プランジャを有したフレクシャハウジングを具備するコンプライアント組立体とを備え、
該方法は、
前記レバーアームの動作が該フレクシャハウジングに伝達されるように、フレクシャハウジングを前記レバーアームに取り付けることによって、前記コンプライアント組立体を前記レバーアームを介して前記アクチュエーターに結合し、
前記プランジャを前記ピストンに係合させることによって、前記コンプライアント組立体を前記ピストンに結合し、
前記アクチュエーターに応答して前記ピストンを軸方向に往復動させることを含む方法。 - 前記コンプライアント組立体の長さを伸張位置に付勢することを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターは圧電アクチュエーター組立体である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターはボイスコイルモーターである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンは、該ピストンの先端がシートに係合すると停止し、該方法は、前記シートに前記ピストンが係合した後で前記アクチュエーターが更に動くことを可能にすることを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンは、該ピストンの特徴部が停止部に係合すると停止し、該方法は、前記停止部に前記ピストンが係合した後に、前記アクチュエーターが更に動くことをを可能にすることを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アクチュエーターの位置を検知することを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンの位置を検知することを更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- フィードフォワード調整ルーチンを行い、センサーからのセンサーデータと前記フィードフォワード調整ルーチンとを用いて、所望のアクチュエーター運動プロファイルを達成するように前記アクチュエーターの運動を制御することにより、前記アクチュエーターを制御することを更に含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ピストンの位置を検知することを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィードフォワード調整ルーチンを行い、センサーからのセンサーデータと前記フィードフォワード調整ルーチンとを用いて、所望のアクチュエーター運動プロファイルを達成するように前記アクチュエーターの運動を制御することにより、前記アクチュエーターを制御することを更に含む請求項10に記載の方法。
