前記カニューラ本体が挿入される皮膚の挿入孔に跨って設けられる保護フランジをさらに含むことが望ましい。
Claims (6)
- ECMO療法時、血管に挿入されるカニューラにおいて、
1つのパイプ内部において、隔壁によって区分される血液流入部と血液供給部とを一体で形成し、カニューラ本体を構成するが、前記カニューラ本体の一端は、エンドホールで開放されると共に、他端は、血液流入部及び血液供給部とそれぞれ連結される排出口と流入口とで並んで開放され、前記カニューラ本体の側面部に、血液流入部及び血液供給部とそれぞれ連結される側部孔と排出孔とが少なくとも1以上形成されたことを特徴とするECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。 - 前記カニューラ本体は、
前記排出孔の後端部領域外周面に、放射線映像でカニューラ本体の後方部位を知ることができるように、リング状の金属材質から形成されるマーカーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。 - 前記血液供給部の前端部は、前記排出口側に傾く傾斜部として形成され、前記エンドホールから流入する血液が、円滑にECMOに流入するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。
- 前記カニューラ本体内で、血液流入部と血液供給部とを区分するために設けられる隔壁は、軟性材質の材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。
- 前記隔壁の軟性材質の材料は、フィルム状の合成樹脂材料であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。
- 前記カニューラ本体が挿入される皮膚の挿入孔に跨って設けられる保護フランジをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のECMO用一体型ダブルカニューラ。
