Abstract
【解決手段】
腹膜透析用のカテーテル10は、短内腔12と長内腔14とを備える。短内腔12の遠位端には、カテーテル10のユーザの体内に拡散状態で液体を投与するためのディフューザ30が取り付けられる。長内腔14はコイルの形状22を有し、複数の開口部26を有し、ディフューザ30を貫通して延びている。

Claims (7)
- カテーテルに用いられる圧縮性のディフューザであって、
前記カテーテルは柔軟性を有する材料から作られ、
前記カテーテルは、
少なくとも1つの開口部を有する遠位端領域を備えた第1内腔と、
少なくとも1つの開口部を有する遠位端領域を備えかつ前記第1内腔よりも長い第2内腔とを備え、
前記圧縮性のディフューザは、前記第2内腔が当該圧縮性のディフューザを貫通して延びるように、前記第1内腔の少なくとも1つの開口部に被さって取り付けられ、
物質は前記第1内腔の少なくとも1つの開口部及び圧縮性のディフューザを通って前記カテーテルのユーザの体内に投与され、前記物質は前記ユーザの体内から前記第2内腔の少なくとも1つの開口部を通って排出される圧縮性のディフューザ。 - 前記圧縮性のディフューザが内側部分及び外側部分及び前記内側部分と前記外側部分との間の少なくとも1つの開口部を有し、前記カテーテルによって投与されるべき物質が前記圧縮性のディフューザに入り且つ前記圧縮性のディフューザの少なくとも1つの開口部を通って体内に投与されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
- 前記圧縮性のディフューザが複数個の開口部を有し前記物質が拡散状態で投与されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
- 前記圧縮性のディフューザの複数個の開口部が前記圧縮性のディフューザの側面の周囲に放射状に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
- 前記圧縮性のディフューザが円筒形、涙滴形、釣鐘形、円形、楕円形、半円形、半楕円形、及びそれらの形状の組み合わせ、から構成されるグループから選択した一つの形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
- 前記圧縮性のディフューザが腹膜透析に用いられるカテーテル上にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
- 前記透析が持続注入腹膜透析であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の圧縮性のディフューザ。
