b)前記保護層上に組成の異なる少なくとも2つの層を被着させ、これらの層のうちの1つのものの組成物は少なくとも1種の無機顔料を含み、そしてガラスフリットを含まず、他の層の組成物は少なくとも1種のガラスフリットとガラスフリットを含まない前記層の色とは異なる色を有する少なくとも1種の無機顔料とを含むエナメルであって、ガラスフリットを含まない前記層はガラス板の表面のすべて又は一部の上に被着させ、そしてエナメルの層は所望のパターンの形状でスクリーン印刷することにより被着させ、
c)前記層で被覆したガラス板をエナメルを焼成するのに十分な温度で加熱し、そして、
d)パターンの外側にあるエナメルにより固定されていない顔料を除去し、顔料の粒子及びガラスフリットの粒子は同様の大きさ、特に粒子の50%が7μm未満の寸法を有するような粒度分布、を有する。
クロムを含まない黒色顔料を、150.27スクリーン(150は1cm当たりのフィラメントの本数であり、27はスクリーンを形成するポリエステルフィラメントのμm単位での太さである)を用いてスクリーン印刷法によりPLANILUX(登録商標)ガラス基材上に被着させる。被着させる厚さは6μmであり、それはスクリーン印刷工程の直後そして140℃での乾燥の前にレーザペルトメータを用いて測定する。次に、黒色顔料で被覆したこの基材を600℃と700℃の間の温度の勾配炉内にて焼成し、焼成したガラスをその後クリーニングする。
図3は、シリカで製作した保護層を有し又は有しない、本発明の方法によるプリントパターンを表している。
SiO2を含む層により被覆された種々のガラス上に黒色無機顔料を印刷した。使用した方法は例1と同一である。
Claims (17)
- 正確に位置合わせされた複数の層から構成される1つの又は2つ以上の別々のエナメルパターンを含む一方向視認ガラス板の製造方法であって、
a)厚さが10nm以上である、酸化物をベースとする少なくとも1つの保護層を、ガラス基材上に被着させること、
b)前記保護層上に組成の異なる少なくとも2つの層を被着させ、これらの層のうちの1つのものの組成物は少なくとも1種の無機顔料を含み、そしてガラスフリットを含まず、他の層の組成物は少なくとも1種のガラスフリットとガラスフリットを含まない前記層の色とは異なる色を有する少なくとも1種の無機顔料とを含むエナメルであって、ガラスフリットを含まない前記層はガラス板の表面のすべて又は一部の上に被着させ、そしてエナメルの層は所望のパターンの形状でスクリーン印刷することにより被着させること、
c)前記層で被覆したガラス板をエナメルを焼成するのに十分な温度で加熱すること、及び、
d)パターンの外側にあるエナメルにより固定されていない顔料を除去し、顔料の粒子及びガラスフリットの粒子は同様の大きさ、特に粒子の50%が7μm未満の寸法を有するような粒度分布、を有すること、
を特徴とする、一方向視認ガラス板の製造方法。 - 保護層の上にガラスフリットを含まない層を4μmと15μmの間の厚さで被着させ、その後エナメルの層を10μmと100μmの間の厚さでスクリーン印刷により被着させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 保護層の上にエナメルの層を10μmと100μmの間の厚さで被着させ、その後ガラスフリットを含まない層を4μmと30μmの間の厚さで被着させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 工程a)において被着させる保護層が酸化ケイ素又は酸化チタンの層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかの1項記載の方法。
- 保護層がマグネトロンスパッタリングにより被着される酸化ケイ素の層であることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 保護層の厚さが10nmと150nmの間、好ましくは20nmと100nmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程a)が異なる特性及び厚さの2つ連続した保護層を被着させるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ガラスフリットを含まない層で使用する無機顔料を、乾燥工程後に黒色を付与するのを可能にする顔料から選ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 顔料が、クロム、鉄、マンガン、銅及び/又はコバルトをベースとしており、好ましくは酸化物又は硫化物の形態であることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
- ガラスフリットが酸化鉛PbOを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ガラスフリットが酸化ビスマスBi2O3及び/又は酸化亜鉛ZnOをベースとするホウケイ酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- ガラスフリットが、35〜75wt%のSiO2及び20〜40wt%、有利には25〜30wt%のBi2O3、又は4〜10wt%のZnOを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
- Bi2O3を含むガラスフリットの軟化点が550〜580℃の範囲であり、好ましくは568℃に等しく、そしてZnOを含むガラスフリットの軟化点が600℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12記載の方法。
- エナメルの無機顔料がガラスフリットを含まない層で使用する顔料とは異なる色を有し、そして好ましくは黒色以外の色を付与することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- エナメル層の顔料を乾燥工程後に白色を付与するのを可能にする顔料から選び、好ましくはそれはTiO2をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方法。
- エナメル層で使用する顔料が白色以外の色であり、例えばCr2O3、Co3O4又はFe2O3をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方法。
- エナメルの組成物中の顔料の割合が5〜25wt%の範囲、好ましくは10〜20wt%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
