Description
本質的に無機の第1のコーティングによって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされている第1の面を含むガラスシートを提供すること、ここで、前記第1の面は、少なくとも1つの第1のゾーン及び少なくとも1つの第2のゾーンを有し、少なくとも1つの前記第1のゾーンは、前記第2のゾーンの放射率よりも高い放射率を有する、次いで
前記第2のゾーンの少なくとも一部分に、樹脂を含む犠牲層を適用すること、次いで
コーティングされている前記ガラスシートを、少なくとも550℃の温度で熱処理し、その工程の間に、前記犠牲層を燃焼によって除去すること。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、第1のコーティングは、導電性である。このタイプのコーティングは本質的に、熱処理工程中に加熱処理を中断させる可能性のある低い放射率を有する。
本発明の第2の態様によれば、第1のコーティングは、顔料、特に黒色顔料を含有しているエナメルである。第1のコーティングは、好ましくは不透明である。第1のコーティングは、好ましくはガラスシートの周囲に配置されているストリップの形態である。このストリップは、好ましくはガラスシートの表面積の3%~20%を覆っている。
犠牲層は、樹脂を含む。犠牲層に関する以下の詳細は当然ながら、上述の本発明のすべての態様、実施形態、及び変形形態に適用される。
以下の実施例は、本発明を非限定的な様式で例示する。
ガラスシートを、スクリーン印刷によって、最初にその第1の面の全体にわたって黒色エナメルコーティングでコーティングし、次いで、このエナメルコーティングの半分にわたって銀ペーストをベースとするコーティングでコーティングした。したがって、ガラスシートのコーティング面は、2つのゾーンを含んでおり、第1のゾーン(エナメルのみでコーティングされている)は、第2のゾーン(エナメルと銀ペーストの両方でコーティングされている)よりも高い放射率を有していた。
酸化ケイ素及び窒化物の薄い層に挟まれている混合インジウム錫酸化物(ITO)の層を含む、TCOをベースとする低放射率コーティングで、スパッタリングによって、ガラスシートをその第1の面の全体にわたってコーティングした。次いで、この低放射率コーティングの半分を、黒色エナメルコーティングでスクリーン印刷することによってコーティングした。
ガラスシートを、スクリーン印刷によって、最初にその第1の面の全体にわたって黒色エナメルコーティングでコーティングし、次いで、このエナメルコーティングの半分にわたって銀ペーストをベースとするコーティングでコーティングした。したがって、ガラスシートのコーティング面は、2つのゾーンを含んでおり、第1のゾーン(エナメルのみでコーティングされている)は、第2のゾーン(エナメルと銀ペーストの両方でコーティングされている)よりも高い放射率を有していた。
ガラスシートを、スクリーン印刷によって、その第1の面の一部にわたって、黒色エナメルコーティングでコーティングした。したがって、ガラスシートのコーティング面は、2つのゾーンを含んでおり、第1のゾーン(エナメルでコーティングされている)は、第2(コーティングされていない、したがってむき出しのガラス)ゾーンの放射率よりも高い放射率を有していた。
比較試験5Aでは、その中心にコーティングされていない150×130mm2のカメラゾーンを有する黒色エナメル(約20μmの湿潤厚さ)の層を、スクリーン印刷によって、2.1mmの厚さを有する第1のガラスシートに堆積させた。150℃で2分間乾燥させた後、エナメルを600℃で115秒間予備焼成し、次いで、第1のガラスシートを2.1mmの厚さを有する第2のガラスシートと結合させ、それによって、エナメル化面が第2のガラスシートの側にあるようにし、2枚のガラスシートを、数十マイクロメートル、典型的には20~50μmの間隔を提供する中間層粉末をそれらの間に配置することによって、ある距離に保持した。その後、610℃で340秒間曲げ処理を施した後、2枚のガラスシートを分離し、中間層粉末を除去するために洗浄し、最後にポリビニルブチラール(PVB)シートにより積層させた。したがって、得られた積層グレージングにおいて、エナメル層は面2にあった。
Claims (15)
- 以下の工程を含む、ガラスシートを含む材料を得るための方法:
本質的に無機の第1のコーティングによって少なくとも部分的にコーティングされている第1の面を含むガラスシートを提供すること、ここで、前記第1の面は、少なくとも1つの第1のゾーン及び少なくとも1つの第2のゾーンを有し、少なくとも1つの前記第1のゾーンは、前記第2のゾーンの放射率よりも高い放射率を有する、次いで
前記第2のゾーンの少なくとも一部分に、樹脂を含む犠牲層を適用すること、次いで
コーティングされている前記ガラスシートを、少なくとも550℃の温度で熱処理し、その工程の間に、前記犠牲層を燃焼によって除去すること。 - 前記第1のコーティングが、導電性であるようにする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングが、少なくとも1種の金属、特に銀を含むか、又は少なくとも1種の透明導電性酸化物を含むようにする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の面が、本質的に無機の第2のコーティングによって少なくとも一部分にわたってコーティングされている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のコーティングが、顔料、特に黒色顔料を含有しているエナメルであるようにする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1及び第2のコーティングのうちの一方が、他方を部分的に覆うようにする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングが、導電性であり、かつ前記第2のコーティングの一部を覆っており、前記第2のコーティングが、顔料を含有しているエナメルである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングが、銀ペーストトラックを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のコーティングが、顔料を含有しているエナメルであり、前記第1のコーティングを部分的に覆っており、前記第1のコーティングが導電性である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングが、顔料、特に黒色顔料を含有しているエナメルであるようにする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲層が、樹脂、及び耐火性無機化合物又は可燃性無機化合物、特に顔料からなる、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理を、前記ガラスシートを曲げ及び/又は強化するための処理であるようにする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、前記エナメルを予備焼成するための処理であるようにする、請求項5又は7~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エナメルを予備焼成するための処理の後に、前記ガラスシートを曲げるための処理が続く、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理の工程の後に、積層工程を更に含み、前記ガラスシートを熱可塑性中間層によって別のガラスシートに結合する、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
