Abstract
Description
・少なくとも1つの機能性層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・前記少なくとも1つの機能性層の上に犠牲層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・200nmと2500nmの間の少なくとも1つの処理波長を有する、レーザ放射線又は少なくとも1つのフラッシュランプからの放射線から選ばれる放射線による熱処理の工程であって、前記犠牲層はこの熱処理工程の間空気と接触している、熱処理工程、次いで、
・溶媒を用いて前記犠牲層を除去する工程、
を含む。
・ケイ素、酸素、炭素を含み、そして場合により水素を含む、シリカをベースとする層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・前記シリカをベースとする層の上に、Zn及びMgから選ばれる金属の犠牲層又は色素もしくは顔料を含む有機系の犠牲層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・200nmと2500nmの間の少なくとも1つの波長を有する、レーザ放射線又は少なくとも1つのフラッシュランプからの放射線による熱処理の工程であって、シリカから本質的になる多孔性層を形成するようにシリカをベースとする層から炭素及び水素を少なくとも部分的に除去し、前記犠牲層はこの熱処理工程の間空気と接触している、熱処理工程、次いで、
・溶媒を用いて犠牲層を除去する工程、
を含む。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一方の面の少なくとも一部分を少なくとも1つの機能性層により被覆された基材を含む材料を得るための方法であって、
・少なくとも1つの機能性層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・前記少なくとも1つの機能性層の上に犠牲層を被着させる工程、次いで、
・200nmと2500nmの間の少なくとも1つの処理波長を有する、レーザ放射線又は少なくとも1つのフラッシュランプからの放射線から選ばれる放射線による熱処理の工程であって、前記犠牲層がこの熱処理工程の間空気と接触している、熱処理工程、次いで、
・溶媒を用いて前記犠牲層を除去する工程、
を含み、
前記犠牲層は単層であり、そしてこれは、熱処理前に前記少なくとも1つの処理波長で前記放射線の少なくとも一部を吸収することができ、かつ熱処理後に前記溶媒中への溶解及び/又は分散により除去することができるようなものである、
少なくとも1つの機能性層により被覆された基材を含む材料を得るための方法。 - 前記溶媒が水性である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記基材がガラス又はガラスセラミック製である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記処理波長での前記機能性層の吸収率が最大で10%、特に5%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの機能性層がシリカをベースとする層である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シリカをベースとする層が熱処理の前にシリカマトリックス及び有機の細孔形成剤を含み、該細孔形成剤をシリカから本質的になる多孔性層を得るように熱処理の間に除去する、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記有機の細孔形成剤がポリマーである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記有機の細孔形成剤がポリ(メチルメタクリレート)である、請求項7記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの機能性層が酸化チタンをベースとする層である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲層が、前記熱処理の間に少なくとも部分的に酸化する、Zn及びMgから選ばれる金属の層であり、又は酸素に関して準化学量論組成である酸化亜鉛もしくは酸化マグネシウムの層である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記犠牲層が色素又は顔料を含む有機系の層である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱処理工程の間に、前記機能性層の各点を1秒を超えない時間、少なくとも300℃の最高温度にさらす、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記放射線が少なくとも1つのレーザラインの形態で前記機能性層に焦点を合わせたレーザ放射線である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
