Abstract

Объектом изобретения является способ получения материала, содержащего подложку, покрытую по меньшей мере на части по меньшей мере одной из его поверхностей по меньшей мере одним функциональным слоем, при этом указанный способ включает в себя стадию нанесения функционального слоя или каждого функционального слоя, затем стадию нанесения жертвенного слоя на указанный по меньшей мере один функциональный слой, затем стадию термообработки при помощи излучения, выбранного среди лазерного излучения или излучения, испускаемого по меньшей мере одной импульсной лампой, причем указанное излучение имеет в своем составе, по меньшей мере, длину волны обработки, находящуюся в интервале от 200 до 2500 нм, при этом указанный жертвенный слой находится в контакте с воздухом во время этой стадии термообработки, затем стадию удаления жертвенного слоя при помощи растворителя, при этом жертвенный слой представляет собой монослой и является таким, что перед термообработкой он способен поглощать по меньшей мере часть указанного излучения на указанной по меньшей мере одной длине волны обработки и что после термообработки он может быть удален растворением и/или диспергированием в указанном растворителе.
