Abstract
Description
フィルムの性能を分析するために、本発明のフィルム構造1〜3及び比較フィルム構造1を、熱成形試験に提出した。試験は、MULTIVAC R145で行われ、熱成形パッケージサイズは、115mm×150mmであった。試料は全て、1cm、1.5cm、4cm、6cmの異なる深さを使用して熱成形された。深さが増加するにつれてフィルム厚は低減し、熱成形角部に屈曲点がある。パッケージの最終特性に直接的な影響を有する熱成形パラメータは、真空時間及び加熱温度である。分析した全ての試料に対して、パラメータは、真空時間=1.5秒、及び加熱温度=95℃であった。本発明の実施例1〜3からの熱成形トレイの角部は、比較例1を使用して成形したトレイの角部と同等の厚さを示した。
Claims (17)
- 熱成形用途における使用に好適なフィルム構造であって、
LLDPE、MDPE、及びポリプロピレンならびにそれらのブレンドからなる群から選択されるポリマー材料を含む第1の表面層であって、前記ポリマー材料は、少なくとも95℃の融点及び25〜45%の全結晶化度を有する、第1の表面層と;
EVA、EEA、EMA、及びEBAからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含む、第1のタイ層と;
PVDCコポリマーを含む内層と;
0.865〜0.925g/cm3の密度及び6.0g/10分未満のメルトインデックスI2を有するLLDPEを含む、第2の表面層と
を備え、前記フィルム構造は、前記フィルム構造の10重量%以下のポリアミド、ポリエステル、エチレン酢酸ビニル、アイオノマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、及び環式オレフィンポリマーからなる群から選択される成分の総量を含むことを特徴とし、前記内層は、前記フィルム構造の全厚の6〜25%を占める、フィルム構造。 - 外側層が、プロピレン系プラストマーまたはエラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム構造。(VERSIFYポリマーの一般的用語で置き換えられる)
- 外側層が、50〜100wt%の直鎖低密度ポリエチレン、MDPE、プロピレン系プラストマー、プロピレン系エラストマーまたはそれらのブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム構造。
- インフレーションフィルムである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 無延伸フィルムである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 全フィルム構造が、前記フィルム構造の総重量を基準として、35wt%未満の0.930g/cm3以上の密度を有するポリエチレンを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 前記第2の表面層が、0.75〜0.95g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)及び0.91〜0.93g/ccの密度を有する直鎖低密度ポリエチレンポリマーである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 前記第1の表面層が、0.75〜0.95g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)及び0.91〜0.93g/ccの密度を有する直鎖低密度ポリエチレンポリマーである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 前記第1及び第2の表面層の一方または両方が、LDPEをさらに含む請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 50〜300ミクロンの全厚を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 前記フィルムが、ASTM D3985に従い23℃及び50%相対湿度で測定される、10cc/100in2−日−atm以下のOTR;ならびにASTM F1249に従い100°F及び100%相対湿度で測定される、0.2g/100in2−日以下のWVTRの特性の一方または両方を示す、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 前記フィルムが、ASTM D3985に従い23℃及び50%相対湿度で測定される、0.75cc/100in2−日−atm以下のOTR;ならびにASTM F1249に従い100°F(37.8℃)及び100%相対湿度で測定される、0.1g/100in2−日以下のWVTRの特性の一方または両方を示す、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 4〜14個の別個の層を含有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 5〜9個の別個の層を含有する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 内部層と内側層との間に配置される第2のタイ層をさらに備える、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム構造を備える、液体、微粒子または固体を保持するための物品。
- 液体、微粒子及び/または固体用の熱成形トレイまたはパッケージからなる群から選択される、請求項16に記載の物品。
