Claims (9)
- ・電気機械(12)が、機械ハウジング(16)と、ロータ(18)と、ステータ(20)とを備え、
・ステータ(20)が、実質的に環状空間(24)として形成された流体冷却ジャケット(26)を有するステータキャリヤ(22)と、流体入口(28)と、この流体入口から間隔を置いた流体出口(30)とを有し、
・ステータ(20)が、中央の収容空間(32)を包囲し、この収容空間内に、クラッチ操作装置(14)の圧力媒体シリンダ(34)が配置され、
・圧力媒体シリンダ(34)が、圧力媒体入口(36)を備え、この圧力媒体入口が、ステータキャリヤ(22)の軸方向の広がり内に配置され、機械ハウジング(16)から延在する圧力媒体通路(38)を介して圧力源と流動接続可能であるか流動接続している、
電気機械(12)とクラッチ操作装置(14)とを有する自動車用のモジュール(10)において、
圧力媒体通路(38)が、少なくとも部分的に、収容空間(32)に隣接するステータキャリヤ(22)の壁部分(40)内に形成されていること、を特徴とするモジュール。 - 壁部分(40)が、流体冷却ジャケット(26)の環状空間(24)に半径方向に係入すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 壁部分(40)が、流体冷却ジャケット(26)の流体入口(28)と流体出口(30)の相互の間隔領域に形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモジュール。
- ステータキャリヤ(22)が、流体冷却ジャケット(26)を形成するために、互いに同軸に配置された2つの壁要素(42,44)を有し、これら壁要素が、その間に、環状空間(24)を形成し、壁要素の一方(42)が、収容空間(32)を画成し、圧力媒体通路(38)を有する壁部分(40)が、収容空間(32)を画成する壁要素(42)内に形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 圧力媒体シリンダ(34)の圧力媒体入口(36)が、ステータキャリヤ(22)とは別個に形成されたシリンダハウジング(46)に設けられていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 圧力媒体シリンダ(34)のシリンダハウジング(46)が、収容空間(32)を画成する壁要素(42)の半径方向壁部分(66)に支持され、圧力媒体通路(38)が、少なくとも部分的にこの壁要素(42)内に延在し、半径方向壁部分(66)の領域で、圧力媒体シリンダ(34)の圧力媒体入口(36)に通じていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 機械ハウジング(16)が、半径方向にステータキャリヤ(22)の方向に延在しかつこのステータキャリヤに当接する中間壁(74)を備え、この中間壁内に、圧力媒体通路(38)と、流体入口(28)と流動接続している冷却剤供給通路(78)と、流体出口(30)と流動接続している冷却剤排出通路(76)とが形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 圧力媒体シリンダ(34)が、半径方向壁部分(66)の半径方向内側のチューブ状突起(68)に配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 軸方向に電気機械(12)に隣接して、圧力媒体シリンダ(34)によって操作可能なクラッチ装置(52)が配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
