Abstract

具有在壳体之外的分离离合器的混合动力模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动系的混合动力模块,其具有:分离离合器(K0),所述分离离合器用于选择性将内燃机与可电动机驱动的中间轴接合和分离;离合器设备,所述离合器设备配备用于选择性将扭矩传递到(将扭矩带到)变速器输入轴上;以及壳体。
背景技术
从现有技术中广泛已知混合动力模块。例如DE 10 2009 059 944A1因此公开了一种用于机动车的动力传动系的混合动力模块,其具有第一分离离合器、电动机和第二分离离合器,其中第一分离离合器设置在动力传动系中的内燃机和电动机之间的力矩流中,而第二分离离合器设置在电动机和动力传动系中的变速器之间的力矩流中,其中所述第一分离离合器和所述第二分离离合器设置在共同的湿空间中。
混合动力模块的由现有技术已知的构造是非常复杂的并且尤其沿轴向方向观察结构空间紧张/结构空间占用多,所述混合动力模块具有三重离合器或者说具有三个离合器。此外,除了离合器都设置在同一(湿)空间中的混合动力模块之外,也已知如下混合动力模块:其中分离离合器设置在混合动力模块的或变速器的壳体之外,并且由此构成为干式离合器。然而,在已知的解决方案中,在干式构成的分离离合器上的操纵力由于油脂润滑的分离轴承严重受到限制。由此,这样的分离轴承需要额外的结构空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,避免现有技术中的缺点或者至少减少所述缺点,并且尤其提出一种三重离合器的系统,其具有降低的结构空间需求、降低了构造的复杂性并且尤其作用于分离离合器的高操纵力是可能的。
本发明的目的在此类混合动力模块中根据本发明通过如下方式实现:分离离合器设置在壳体之外,而离合器设备设置在壳体之内。
由此可行的是,分离离合器构成为干式离合器,而双离合器(K1和K2)设置在混合动力模块壳体之内。通过这样的系统可行的是,尤其在轴向方向上节约结构空间。
有利的实施方式在从属权利要求中要求保护并且在下文中加以阐述。
因此有利的是,分离离合器构成为干式离合器。由此可行的是,其设置在通过混合动力模块的壳体限制的结构空间之外。
此外有利的是,离合器设备构造为湿式离合器。在湿式离合器的情况下,离合器的通风更简单,这意味着,小的拖曳力矩起作用。此外,例如呈双CSC(双同心从动缸)形式的操纵单元或分离装置的最大可能的操纵力比干式离合器单元的情况更高。
在此已证实为有利的是,离合器设备构成为双离合器,其具有第一子离合器(K1)和第二子离合器(K2)。为此,特别有利的是,双离合器径向和轴向地设置在电机例如电动机的转子之内,其中子离合器沿径向方向优选叠置地,或彼此嵌套地设置。由此,沿轴向方向的结构空间可进一步降低,而沿径向方向的结构空间至少保持相同(或者同样降低)。
此外有利的是,分离离合器具有支承在中间轴上并且与所述中间轴一起转动的分离系统。这样的一起转动的分离系统在轴向和径向上都是节省结构空间的。
在此已证实为有利的是,一起转动的分离系统包括回转接头。由此可弃用用于操纵分离离合器的传统分离轴承,由此可节约更多轴向结构空间。
有利的实施方式提出,一起转动的分离系统具有设置在中间轴上的携动件壳体。这种布置方式具有如下优点,可传递的力与分离轴承无关,并且因此可以设计得非常高,因此分离离合器构造为,使得一起转动的分离系统、分离离合器和携动件壳体能够实现内部的、封闭的力流走向。这能够实现,可使用干式的单片离合器并且可将马达侧的携动件直接安置在ZMS侧(在双质量飞轮侧上)。
为了将一起转动的分离系统相对其周围环境密封,有利的是,一起转动的分离系统分别借助于(棒式)密封件相对于中间轴和携动件壳体密封。
为了操纵分离离合器,有利的是,用于控制和操纵一起转动的分离系统的流体导路横穿中间轴和壳体延伸,并且顺着/沿着变速器输入轴内部延伸。在此特别有利的是,流体导路在径向外部延伸穿过中间轴和壳体,并且能够实现流体从导路至一起转动的分离系统的过渡的回转接头设置在壳体部段和中间轴之间,或流体导路平行地在变速器输入轴之内延伸,其中所述回转接头设置在变速器输入轴之外。
换言之,本发明在于,分离离合器K0和离合器K1和K2彼此独立地设置。因此,优选在干式实施方式中,K0离合器应在混合动力模块的结构空间之外伸展。这借助于回转接头操控。离合器K1和K2在湿的结构空间中伸展、安置在转子中并且径向彼此嵌套地设置。此外,其通过双CSC操纵。这种措施是极为节省结构空间的。转子位置传感器能够选择性地根据期望的实施方式设置在转子的左边或右边。
也可以说,本发明提出了一种混合动力模块,其中包括第一和第二子离合器的双离合器设置在混合动力模块之内,准确地说径向和轴向设置在混合动力模块的电机的转子之内。分离离合器独立于双离合器地设置在混合动力模块的壳体之外。优选的是,分离离合器是干式离合器,而双离合器是湿式离合器。

各个实施例的特征也能够在其他实施例中实现。因此它们能彼此替换。
图1示出混合动力模块1的示例实施方式,其例如用于机动车的动力传动系。混合动力模块1具有分离离合器(也称为K0离合器)2,所述分离离合器用于选择性地将内燃机(未示出)与可电动机驱动的中间轴3接合和分离,并且具有离合器设备4,所述离合器设备配备为用于选择性将扭矩传递到变速器输入轴5上。
此外,混合动力模块1具有壳体6,所述壳体将分离离合器2和离合器设备4在空间上彼此分开,进而将结构空间划分为干区域7和湿区域8,所述干区域在图1中设置在壳体6的左侧,所述湿区域在图1中设置在壳体的右侧。位于湿区域8中的离合器设备4具有第一子离合器(也称为K1离合器)9和第二子离合器(也称为K2离合器)10,所述第一子离合器和所述第二子离合器沿径向方向彼此嵌套地设置,并且因此沿轴向方向仅需要非常少的结构空间。
分离离合器2构成为干式离合器,所述干式离合器具有一起转动的分离系统11和携动壳体12。一起转动的分离系统11和携动壳体12设置在中间轴13上,使得它们与中间轴3一起转动。在携动壳体12上安置有压板13和反压板14。在压板13和反压板14之间设置有离合器盘15,所述离合器盘安置在内燃机侧的携动件16上,所述携动件又直接安置在双质量飞轮17的侧(ZMS侧)上。这是可行的,因为反压板14在朝向双质量飞轮17的侧上径向向外通过支撑环36限制其轴向运动。
一起转动的分离系统11具有回转接头(未示出),所述回转接头能够实现将通过流体导路18引导的流体输送到活塞19中,所述活塞同样与中间轴3一起转动,并且所述活塞用于使分离系统11移动,由此操纵分离离合器2。活塞19通过密封件20、21相对于干区域7密封,以便阻止在干区域7之内的流体流出(泄漏),所述密封件优选构成为棒式密封件。
承载压板13和反压板14的携动壳体12能够一件式或多件式地构成。活塞19将轴向力施加到分离离合器2的离合器板组上。
变速器输入轴5在这里示出的实施方式中两件式构成,并且是中空的。流体导路18在空腔22之内延伸,所述流体导路将流体供给一起转动的分离系统11。流体导路18在此平行于变速器输入轴5延伸并且经由密封环23相对于变速器输入轴5的空腔22密封。中间轴3经由轴承24支承在变速器输入轴5上,以便能够实现在中间轴3和变速器输入轴5之间的相对转动。因此中间轴3和变速器输入轴5沿轴向方向在轴承24的区域内叠置,其中中间轴3设置在变速器输入轴5的径向外部并且围绕该变速器输入轴5环绕地设置。由此中间轴3同样具有空腔,所述空腔设有附图标记35。壳体6经由轴承装置25支撑在中间轴3上。
在湿区域8之内设置有呈电动机形式的电机26。电动机26包括定子27和转子28。为了获取转子28的位置,设有转子位置传感器29。
定子27抗扭地与壳体6连接或抗扭地固定在所述壳体上(在此没有示出),并且转子28经由中央轴承30支撑在壳体6上。
在转子28的径向内部,离合器设备4设置成,使得第一子离合器9和第二子离合器10径向彼此嵌套地设置。离合器设备4经由双重构成的也可称为双CSC31的CSC(同心从动缸)31操纵。替选地,转子位置传感器29也设置在左侧。在此示出的实施方式拖曳力矩极小并且轴向很短地构成。
在此示出的实施方式的巨大优点是,可传递的力与分离轴承无关,并且因此可设计得非常高。由此可行的是,干式单片离合器,如在此所示,在此用作为分离离合器2。传统的可用于干式离合器的分离轴承由于其油脂润滑在最大操纵力方面极其受限。
中间轴3经由径向轴密封环32相对于变速器输入轴5的空腔22密封。由此能够实现:活塞19可建立压力。
图2示出混合动力模块1的第二可行实施方式,其大部分对应于在图1中示出的第一实施方式。因此在下文中仅探讨两个实施方式的区别。
不同于在图1中示出的第一实施方式,流体导路18在此径向从外部引导通过壳体6和中间轴3。在这里示出的实施方式中回转接头33位于壳体6和中间轴3之间。变速器输入轴5的空腔22经由塞子34相对于空腔35气密且液密地封闭,以便能够实现在一起转动的分离系统11的活塞19中的压力建立。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的动力传动系的混合动力模块(1),其具有:分离离合器(2),所述分离离合器用于选择性将内燃机与可电动机驱动的中间轴(3)接合和分离;离合器设备(4),所述离合器设备配备用于选择性将扭矩传递到变速器输入轴(5)上;以及壳体(6),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(2)设置在所述壳体(6)之外,而所述离合器设备(4)设置在所述壳体(6)之内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(2)构成为干式离合器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述离合器设备(4)构成为湿式离合器。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述离合器设备(4)构成为双离合器(9,10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述双离合器(9,10)沿径向和轴向设置在电机(26)的转子(28)之内。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(2)具有支承在所述中间轴(3)上并且与所述中间轴一起转动的分离系统(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述一起转动的分离系统(11)包括回转接头(33)。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述一起转动的分离系统(11)具有设置在所述中间轴(3)上的携动壳体(12)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述一起转动的分离系统(11)分别借助密封件(20;21)相对所述中间轴(3)和所述携动壳体(12)密封。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,流体导路(18)横向穿过所述中间轴(3)或者顺着所述变速器输入轴(5)延伸。
