Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 鉄道車両用の無給油コンプレッサであって、
コンプレッサハウジングと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第1の低圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第2の低圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第1の高圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第2の高圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジングによって支持され、かつそれぞれの連結ロッドによって前記ピストンシリンダのピストンに連結されたクランクシャフトアセンブリと
を含み、
前記第1および第2の低圧ピストンシリンダ、ならびに前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記コンプレッサハウジングの外周にX字形状の構成で配置される、無給油コンプレッサ。 - 前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記X字形状の構成の第1および第2の下脚として構成され、かつ前記第1および第2の低圧ピストンシリンダは、前記X字形状の構成の第1および第2の上脚として構成される、請求項1に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成の前記2つの下脚間の角度距離は、前記X字形状の構成の前記2つの上脚間の前記距離よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成は、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る水平面に関して非対称である、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成は、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る鉛直面に関して対称である、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記第1の高圧ピストンシリンダと前記第1の低圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離、前記第1の低圧ピストンシリンダと前記第2の低圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離、および前記第2の低圧ピストンシリンダと前記第2の高圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離は互いに等しい、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る水平面の下方に配置される、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成の前記2つの下脚間の角度距離は、前記X字形状の構成の前記第1の下脚、前記第1の上脚、前記第2の上脚、および前記第2の下脚間の角度距離よりも小さい、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記コンプレッサハウジングは、五角形の断面形状を有する、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記クランクシャフトアセンブリに動作可能に連結された冷却ファンをさらに含み、
前記冷却ファンは、前記ピストンシリンダに実質的に垂直な流路を形成する、請求項2に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。 - 前記ピストンシリンダのそれぞれは、前記冷却ファンの前記流路に配置される、請求項10に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 鉄道車両用の無給油コンプレッサであって、
コンプレッサハウジングと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第1の低圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第2の低圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第1の高圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジング内で支持された第2の高圧ピストンシリンダと、
前記コンプレッサハウジングによって支持され、かつそれぞれの連結ロッドによって前記ピストンシリンダのピストンに連結されたクランクシャフトアセンブリと、
前記クランクシャフトアセンブリに動作可能に連結された冷却ファンと
を含み、
前記第1および第2の低圧ピストンシリンダ、ならびに前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記コンプレッサハウジングの外周にX字形状の構成で配置される、無給油コンプレッサ。 - 前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記X字形状の構成の第1および第2の下脚として構成され、かつ前記第1および第2の低圧ピストンシリンダは、前記X字形状の構成の第1および第2の上脚として構成される、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成の前記2つの下脚間の角度距離は、前記X字形状の構成の前記2つの上脚間の前記距離よりも大きい、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成は、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る水平面に関して非対称である、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記第1の高圧ピストンシリンダと前記第1の低圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離、前記第1の低圧ピストンシリンダと前記第2の低圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離、および前記第2の低圧ピストンシリンダと前記第2の高圧ピストンシリンダとの間の角度距離は互いに等しい、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記X字形状の構成は、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る鉛直面に関して対称である、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記冷却ファンは、前記ピストンシリンダに実質的に垂直な流路を形成する、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 各ピストンシリンダは、前記冷却ファンの前記流路に配置される、請求項18に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
- 前記第1および第2の高圧ピストンシリンダは、前記クランクシャフトアセンブリの長手軸を通る水平面の下方に配置される、請求項12に記載の無給油コンプレッサ。
