Abstract
Description
燃料の一次流が入口開口部を通り噴射器に入り、一次流の一部が制御流開口部を通り制御弁に入る燃料の二次流を形成し、ノズル制御弁がニードルピストンの動きを制御し、それにより少なくとも1つのノズル出口開口部を通りノズルキャビティから出る燃料の流れを制御し、
燃料の二次流のみがフィルタを通過するように配置されたフィルタであって、フィルタが少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィスを備え、少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィスの少なくとも1つの寸法がノズル制御弁リフト値未満である、フィルタによって特徴付けられる。

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関における燃料供給に使用する燃料噴射器(2)であって、前記燃料噴射器(2)は、ハウジング、入口開口部(12)、既知のリフト値を有するノズル制御弁(52)に通じる制御流開口部(14)、ニードルピストン(58)、および少なくとも1つのノズル出口開口部が設けられたノズルキャビティ(56)を備え、
一次燃料流が前記入口開口部(12)を通り前記噴射器(2)に入り、前記一次燃料流の一部が前記制御流開口部(14)を通り前記ノズル制御弁(52)に入る二次燃料流を形成し、かつ前記ノズル制御弁(52)が前記ニードルピストン(58)の動きを制御し、それにより前記少なくとも1つのノズル出口開口部を通り前記ノズルキャビティ(56)から出る燃料の流れを制御し、
前記二次燃料流のみがフィルタ(16)を通過するように配置されたフィルタ(16)であって、前記フィルタ(16)が少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィス(20)を備え、前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィス(20)の少なくとも1つの寸法が前記ノズル制御弁のリフト値未満である、フィルタ(16)によって特徴付けられる、燃料噴射器(2)。 - 前記一次燃料流が前記フィルタ(16)の上流面を通過するように、前記フィルタが前記入口開口部(12)および前記ノズルキャビティ(56)の間の燃料流路に配置される、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィス(20)の前記少なくとも1つの寸法が前記制御弁のリフト値の二分の1〜四分の1の間である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィス(20)が複数のスロット(20)を備え、前記スロットの前記少なくとも1つの寸法が各スロット(20)の幅である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィスが複数の孔または穿孔を備え、前記少なくとも1つの寸法が各孔または穿孔の最大直径である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記フィルタ(16)が前記噴射器ハウジングに取り付けられ、かつチューブ(26)を備え、スロット、孔または穿孔が前記チューブ(26)の表面に設けられている、請求項4または請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- スロット、孔または穿孔が前記噴射器(2)の構成要素または部品の表面に設けられている、請求項4または請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィスが2つの構成要素の間の間隔を備え、かつ前記フィルタオリフィス(2)の前記少なくとも1つの寸法が前記2つの構成要素の間の前記間隔である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタオリフィスが複数のメッシュオリフィスを有するメッシュを備え、かつ前記フィルタオリフィスの前記少なくとも1つの寸法が各メッシュオリフィスの最小寸法である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射器(2)。
