Abstract
Description
US3591571は循環水筐体、温度計、へら状攪拌機、反応炉の外周に取付けられた複数のUVランプを搭載した筒状のガラス製オートクレーブからなる装置を使用して行われるプロセスを説明している。水筐体に循環するお湯が供給される。
優先的に、一個以上の光源は反応炉から0.2〜10cm、より優先的に0.5〜2cmの距離に配置される。
典型的に、一個以上の光源は紫外線光源である。
優先的に、一個以上の光源は波長範囲250nm〜355nmの光を照射する。
典型的に、攪拌機に複数の羽根が搭載されている。
優先的に、ヒーターはスラリーを温度60〜1000C、優先的に700Cへ加熱する。
典型的に、反応炉は水晶製反応炉である。
優先的に、装置はポリマーの67%以上を5時間〜12時間の間でハロゲン化(重量比)するように適合される。

Claims (10)
- ポリマーのハロゲン化装置であって、前記の装置は以下から構成される:
・前記のポリマーのハロゲン化のためにポリマー スラリーを投入する反応炉(102)。
・反応炉からの距離が0.5cm〜2cmの範囲に配置された一個以上の光源(104)であり、前記スラリーへの照射を容易にする。
・前記のスラリーを攪拌するために適合された攪拌機(106)。 - 請求項1に請求される装置であって、ここに前記の反応炉は水晶製である。
- 請求項1に請求される装置であって、ここに一個以上の光源が前記の反応炉から1cmの距離に配置されている。
- 請求項1に請求される装置であって、ここに一個以上の光源は紫外線光源である。
- 請求項4に請求される装置であって、ここに一個以上の光源は波長範囲250nm〜355nmの光を照射する
- 請求項1に請求される装置であって、ここに前記の攪拌装置に複数の羽根が搭載されている。
- 請求項6に請求される装置であって、ここに前記の各羽根は羽根角30〜60°、優先的に45°である。
- 請求項1に請求される装置であって、ポリマースラリーの加熱用に適合されたヒーター(108)に一個以上の温度検出要素を搭載しており前記のスラリーの温度を検出する。
- 請求項1に請求される装置を使用するポリマーのハロゲン化プロセスであって、前記のプロセスは、5〜12時間かけて攪拌水性PVCスラリーと塩素ガスを反応させて前記のポリマーを67%以上ハロゲン化(重量比)することから構成される。
- 請求項9で請求されるプロセスであって、ここに、反応は温度範囲60〜1000C、優先的に700Cで実行される。
