Claims (18)
- 包装材料のヒートシーリングのためのインダクションシーリング装置(1)であって、前記インダクションシーリング装置(1)は、部分的に支持体(2)に封入されたコイル導体(10)を含んでおり、前記コイル導体(10)は、シーリング中に前記包装材料と協働するように構成されており、前記コイル導体(10)は、前記コイル導体(10)に沿った少なくとも1つの位置(9)において前記コイル導体によって誘導される磁束を集中させるように、前記少なくとも1つの位置において、減少した断面積を有しているインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記減少した断面積が、前記コイル導体(10)の高さを減少させることによって得られる、請求項1に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記減少した断面積が、前記コイル導体(10)の幅を減少させることによって得られる、請求項1に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記減少した断面積が、前記コイル導体(10)の幅及び高さを減少させることによって得られる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記コイル導体が、シーリング中の前記包装材料との協働のために、少なくとも1つの第1の導電性ストリップ(11)を含んでおり、前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)は、第1の横断面領域(A1)を備えた部分(11b)を有しており、前記第1の横断面領域は、前記少なくとも1つの導電性ストリップの残りの部分(11a、11c)の第2の横断面領域(A2)よりも小さく、前記第1の横断面領域(A1)は、前記第2の横断面領域(A2)の面積の30%〜70%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)の高さが一定であり、前記第1の横断面領域(A1)の幅(W3)が、前記第1の導電性ストリップの残りの部分(11a、11c)の前記第2の横断面領域(A2)の幅(W2)の30%〜70%である、請求項5に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記コイル導体(10)が、シーリング中の包装材料との協働のために、第2の導電性ストリップ(12)を含んでおり、前記コイル導体(10)が、動力供給装置に接続されるように構成された第1のコネクタ(3)及び第2のコネクタ(4)を含んでおり、前記第1のコネクタ(3)は、前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)の第1の端部に接続されており、前記第2のコネクタ(4)は、前記第2の導電性ストリップ(12)の第1の端部に接続されており、導電性ブリッジ(13)が、電流が前記コイル導体(10)を流れることができるように、前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)の第2の端部と前記第2の導電性ストリップ(12)の第2の端部とを電気的に相互接続する、請求項6に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)及び前記第2の導電性ストリップ(12)が、平行かつ直線的である、請求項7に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記第1の導電性ストリップ及び前記第2の導電性ストリップが、前記インダクションシーリング装置(1)の作業面(7)において、環境に曝露されており、前記作業面(7)は、シーリング中に前記包装材料と協働するように構成されている、請求項7又は8に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記第2の導電性ストリップ(12)の第3の横断面領域(A3)が、前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)の前記第2の横断面領域(A2)よりも大きい、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11)及び前記第2の導電性ストリップ(12)の高さが一定であり、前記第3の横断面領域(A3)の幅(W1)が、前記第1の導電性ストリップ(11a、11c)の前記第2の横断面領域(A2)の幅(W2)よりも約15%〜35%大きい、請求項10に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記コイル導体が、金属材料を含んでおり、前記支持体が、ポリマー材料と金属材料のコアとを含んでいる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記インダクションシーリング装置が、磁束集中インサート(30)を含んでおり、前記支持体(2)が、熱伝導性材料を含むとともに前記コイル導体と前記磁束集中インサート(30)とを格納している、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記コイル導体(10)が単一ループコイルである、請求項1に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの位置が、前記インダクションシーリング装置によってシーリングされるように調整された領域の包装材料重複部に整合するように配置されている、請求項1に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記コイル導体が、シーリングの縁部を加熱するように意図された位置において、減少した断面積を有している、請求項1に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 前記磁束集中インサート(30)が、ポリマーと軟質磁性粒子との磁性化合物を含んでいる、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)。
- 包装材料のヒートシーリング方法、特に包装材料ブランクの第1の内縁部(51)と第2の外縁部(52)とを、2つの縁部が重なり合う重複領域(A)において、請求項5に記載のインダクションシーリング装置(1)を用いて共にシーリングする方法であって、前記インダクションシーリング装置がまず前記第2の外縁部(52)と接触するように、前記インダクションシーリング装置を重複部の外側に配置するステップと、第1の導電性ストリップ(11)が前記第1の内縁部(51)と一直線になり、前記部分(11b)が前記包装材料ブランクの自由縁(53)に位置するように、前記インダクションシーリング装置を前記重複領域(A)に配置するステップと、を含んでいる方法。
