Abstract
Description
前記自動車用電池に隣接または接触して配置され、消火剤を充填されている、消火パッケージを備え、
前記消火パッケージは、前記自動車用電池の温度が予め設定した温度よりも高い時に開封されるよう構成されており、これにより前記消火剤は、放出されて前記自動車用電池が設置されている空間に充填されることが可能になる
システムを提供する。
Claims (10)
- ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車において自動車用電池を管理するために使用される、自動車用電池の熱管理および自動消火システムであって、
前記自動車用電池に隣接または接触して配置され、消火剤を充填されている、消火パッケージを備え、
前記消火パッケージは、前記自動車用電池の温度が予め設定した温度よりも高い時に開封されるよう構成されており、これにより前記消火剤は、放出されて前記自動車用電池が設置されている空間に充填されることが可能になる
システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記消火パッケージは、各自動車用電池の上面と前記自動車用電池から成る電池モジュールとを覆う上方消火パッケージと、各自動車用電池の下面と前記自動車用電池から成る前記電池モジュールとを覆う下方消火パッケージと、を備える
システム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムであって、
前記上方消火パッケージの少なくとも一部分の材料は、プラスチックまたは樹脂であり、前記自動車用電池の温度が前記予め設定した温度よりも高い時に、前記上方消火パッケージの前記少なくとも一部分が前記自動車用電池によって加熱されて流体状態となり、これにより前記消火剤は、放出されて前記自動車用電池が設置されている空間に充填されることが可能になる
システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムであって、
前記上方消火パッケージの前記少なくとも一部分の材料の融点は、摂氏85度から95度までの範囲内で選択され、前記下方消火パッケージの材料の融点は、前記上方消火パッケージの前記少なくとも一部分の材料の融点よりも高い
システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムであって、
前記上方消火パッケージと前記下方消火パッケージとは、相互に連通しており、
前記上方消火パッケージはポンプと並列接続され、前記上方消火パッケージ内の消火剤は、前記ポンプによって送り出されるものであり、前記電池モジュールを加熱または冷却可能であり、また、前記下方消火パッケージは前記ポンプと並列接続され、前記下方消火パッケージ内の消火剤は、前記ポンプによって送り出されるものであり、前記電池モジュールを加熱または冷却可能である
システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムであって、
前記プラスチックはEVAプラスチックであり、前記樹脂はABS/PCアロイである
システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記消火剤はシリコーン油または変圧器油である
システム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムであって、
電池パッケージボックス本体に配置される、上部カバーと下部カバーとをさらに備え、
前記上方消火パッケージは、前記上部カバーが開いている時に、前記電池モジュールを覆ったり前記電池モジュールから取り外したりすることが可能であり、前記下方消火パッケージは、前記下部カバーが開いている時に、前記電池モジュールを覆ったり前記電池モジュールから取り外したりすることが可能である
システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記電池モジュール間の回路接続板上、および/または、前記電池モジュールと電気素子との間の接続線上に配置された絶縁層をさらに備える
システム。 - 請求項9に記載のシステムであって、
前記絶縁層はアクリル樹脂製である
システム。
