Abstract
Description
本明細書中で用いられる「連鎖移動剤」(CTA)は、モノマー単位を付加して重合プロセスを継続させる能力を有するポリマー反応において有用な化合物を指す。
(1)基材を提供する工程と、
(2)本発明の導電性組成物を基材上に適用する工程と、
(3)工程(2)において適用された導電性組成物を光焼結に供して、導電性金属化部分を形成する工程とを有してなる。
添加漏斗、冷却器、および窒素ガス入口、熱電対+開始剤供給ライン、ならびにオーバーヘッド攪拌機組立体を取り付けた4首フラスコに、トリチオカーボネートRAFT剤C12H25SC(S)SC(CH3)(CN)CH2CH2CO2CH3(4.40g=10.55mmol)およびMEK(180mL)を入れた。MMA(166g)およびステアリルメタクリレート(34.0g)を室温で容器に添加した。反応器を窒素で20分間パージし、温度を73℃に上昇させた。V−601溶液開始剤(420mg、1.82mmol、6.6mL)を21時間にわたって段階供給した。加熱を22時間続けた。
添加漏斗、冷却器、および窒素ガス入口、熱電対+開始剤供給ライン、ならびにオーバーヘッド攪拌機組立体を取り付けた4首フラスコに、ステアリルMA/MMA−ttc(93.5g)およびMEK(150mL)を入れた。溶媒としてMEKを使用して、475mg/10.00mL、0.207mmol/mLを使用して、シリンジポンプ供給のためにV−601溶液を調製した。反応器を窒素で20分間パージした。DEAEMAモノマー(46.8g、0.253モル)をシリンジに入れた。5.0mLのDEAEMAを容器に添加し、温度を73℃に上昇させた。V−601開始剤289mg、1.26mmol)を16時間にわたって段階供給した。残りのDEAEMAモノマーを4時間にわたって供給した。加熱を19時間続けた。
Claims (15)
- A.連続相と、
B.熱分解性安定剤で安定化された複数のナノ粒子を含む不連続相であって、
a.前記ナノ粒子が、i.前記粒子の表面に少なくとも20重量パーセントの銀を含み、ii.1〜3:1のアスペクト比、およびiii.1〜100ナノメートルの粒度を構成し、
b.前記熱分解性安定剤が、可逆的付加開裂連鎖移動(RAFT)合成によるΦ−b−θ−Yブロックコ−ポリマーまたはオリゴマーであり、前記ブロックコポリマーまたはオリゴマーが、i.Yの還元を生じるための十分な還元剤、ii.Yの加水分解を生じるための十分なpHの増加、iii.前記ナノ粒子またはナノ粒子先駆体上の弱い界面活性剤、またはiv.i、ii、およびiiiのうちの2つ以上の組合せの存在下で前記ナノ粒子またはナノ粒子先駆体に適用されるものである、不連続相
(ここで、
I.Φが、前記連続相中に膨潤および懸濁するポリマーブロックまたは一連のポリマーブロックであり、Φが、1000〜150,000の範囲の重量平均分子量を有し、
II.bが、Φとθの間の共有結合を示し、
III.θが、第三アミン、アミド、複素環式アミン、ピリジン、電子豊富な芳香族化合物およびそれらの組合せからなる群からの官能基を有する少なくとも1つのアクリレートまたはメタクリレート部分を含み、θが、前記熱分解性安定剤の5重量パーセント〜20重量パーセントであり、
IV.Yが、ジチオエステル、キサンテート、ジチオカルバメート、トリチオカーボネートまたはそれらの組合せであり、
V.前記不連続相を、0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、100℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも20重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる)
とを有する分散体から本質的になる、電子回路部品タイプの適用のための導電材料の高速印刷用の組成物。 - 前記不連続相を0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、110℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも50重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記不連続相を0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、120℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも50重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記不連続相を0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、130℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも50重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記不連続相を0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、140℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも50重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記不連続相を0.01〜5分の範囲内の時間の間、150℃を超える温度に加熱したとき、Y内またはYとθの間に十分な結合の切断が生じて前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも50重量パーセントを懸濁液および凝集体から沈降させて、100Ohms未満の抵抗を有するナノ粒子凝集体を生じる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記連続相が、水と、ヒドロキシル(−OH)、アミド、エーテル、エステル、スルホン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群からの1つまたは複数の官能基を有する有機溶媒とからなる群からの溶媒を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。

c.熱エネルギーを使用して前記連続相の少なくとも一部を除去する工程と、
d.任意選択により、前記ナノ粒子凝集体を加熱して前記ナノ粒子凝集体をさらに焼結し、それによって前記ナノ粒子凝集体の抵抗率を低下させる工程とを含む、導電性機能物を印刷する方法。 - 前記熱分解性安定剤が、AA−b−PEA−ttc(式中、
