Abstract
【解決手段】金属ナノ粒子組成物は、熱分解性またはUV分解性の安定剤を用いて安定化された金属ナノ粒子を含む。導電性機能部品は、金属ナノ粒子と共に熱分解性またはUV分解性の安定剤を含む溶液を該基板の上に析出させる途中、または析出させた後に、約180℃未満の温度での加熱処理またはUV処理によって該安定剤を除去することにより、基板の上に形成される。

Description
a.オレイルアミン安定化銀ナノ粒子の合成
酢酸銀(3.34g、20mmol)およびオレイルアミン(13.4g、50mmol)を、40mLのトルエン中に溶解させ、55℃で5分間撹拌する。トルエン(10mL)中フェニルヒドラジン(1.19g、11mmol)溶液を、上述の溶液の中に激しく撹拌しながら、滴下により添加する。得られた溶液をさらに10分間55℃で撹拌してから、アセトン/メタノール(150mL/150mL)を滴下により添加すると沈殿物が形成する。その銀ナノ粒子の沈殿物を濾過し、アセトンとメタノールを用いて簡単に洗浄すると、褐色の固形物が得られる。
上述のようにして調製された銀ナノ粒子を、50mLのヘキサン中に溶解させ、室温で、フラン−2−カルボン酸/N−オクチルマレイミドのアダクト(フラン−2−カルボン酸とN−オクチルマレイミドのディールス−アルダー反応により調製したもの)(16.07g、50mmol)をヘキサン(50mL)中に含む溶液に、滴下により添加する。30分後に、ヘキサンを除去し、その残渣を、撹拌しているメタノール(200mL)の中に注ぎ込む。濾過し、メタノールを用いて洗浄し、乾燥(真空中)させると、褐色の固形物が得られる。
酢酸銀(3.34g、20mmol)およびアミノ(NH2)基含有ポリ(ジメチルシラン)(分子量=約1000;50g、50mmol)を40mLのトルエン中に溶解させ、55℃で5分間撹拌する。次いで、トルエン(10mL)中にフェニルヒドラジン(1.19g、11mmol)を含有する溶液を、上述の溶液の中に激しく撹拌しながら、滴下により添加する。得られた溶液を55℃でさらに10分間撹拌してから、アセトン/メタノール(150mL/150mL)の混合物を添加すると沈殿物が形成する。その銀ナノ粒子の沈殿物を濾過し、アセトンとメタノールを用いて簡単に洗浄すると、褐色の固形物が得られる。
Claims (3)
- 熱分解性安定剤またはUV分解性安定剤を用いて安定化された金属ナノ粒子を含む、金属ナノ粒子組成物。
- 導電性機能部品を基板の上に形成させる方法であって、前記方法が、
金属ナノ粒子と共に安定剤を含む溶液を準備する工程と、
前記溶液を前記基板の上に液体析出させる工程であって、前記基板の上に前記溶液を析出させる途中、または析出させた後に、約180℃未満の温度で加熱処理するかまたはUV処理することによって前記安定剤を除去して、前記基板の上に導電性機能部品を形成させる工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 導電性機能部品を基板の上に形成させる方法であって、前記方法が、
金属ナノ粒子と共に熱分解性またはUV分解性の安定剤を含む溶液を準備する工程と、
前記溶液を前記基板の上に液体析出させる工程と、
熱分解性安定剤を熱的に処理するか、またはUV分解性安定剤を紫外線に暴露させることによって、低分子量の破片を形成させる工程と、
を含み、
前記低分子量の破片を形成させる間またはその後に、前記基板を約180℃以下の温度まで加熱して、前記低分子量の破片を容易に除去できるようにする工程をさらに含む、方法。
