Abstract
Description

Claims (8)
- セメント組成物を準備する工程と、
セルロース繊維材料を準備する工程と、
前記セメント組成物と前記セルロース繊維材料をブレンドしてセメント複合材料を形成する工程と、を含む繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法であって、
前記セルロース繊維材料が表面強化パルプ繊維を含む前記方法。 - 前記表面強化パルプ繊維が前記セルロース繊維材料の約1〜10重量%を占める、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース繊維材料が増加したBauer−McNett長繊維フラクションを示す、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース繊維材料が、表面強化パルプ繊維がないセルロース繊維材料と比較して、少なくとも10%の長さ加重平均繊維長(LWAFL)の増加を示す、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース繊維材料が、表面強化パルプ繊維がないセルロース繊維材料と比較して、所定の濾水度CSF(カナダ標準濾水度)値に到達するために、相対的に少ない叩解エネルギーを必要とする、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記表面強化パルプ繊維が少なくとも約0.3mmの長さ加重平均繊維長と、少なくとも約10m2/gの平均流体力学的比表面積を有しており、表面強化パルプ繊維の数が絶乾基準で少なくとも12,000繊維/mgである、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記表面強化パルプ繊維が、フィブリル化による表面強化の前の前記繊維の長さ加重平均繊維長の少なくとも60%である長さ加重平均繊維長を有し、フィブリル化前の前記繊維の平均比表面積よりも少なくとも4倍大きい平均流体力学的比表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記表面強化パルプ繊維が少なくとも約300kWh/tのエネルギー入力で叩解される、請求項12に記載の繊維強化セメント複合材料の製造方法。
