Claims (15)
- 鋳造材料から鋳造され作動中にガスが流れる管(6)が中に形成される鋳造部品であって、前記管(6)が個別に予め製造され前記鋳造部品(1)に流し込まれた金属製の埋め金(10)によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、鋳造部品において、
前記埋め金(10)の前記ガスに割り当てられた内面(14)および前記鋳造材料に割り当てられた外面(12)が少なくともそれぞれ部分的にそれぞれ1つの釉薬層またはエナメル層(13、15)で被膜されていることを特徴とする鋳造部品。 - 前記埋め金の前記内面および外面の前記釉薬層またはエナメル層がその組成またはその構成において異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳造部品。
- それぞれ前記埋め金(10)の前記外面(12)に設けられた前記層(13)が気孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋳造部品。
- 前記鋳造材料が前記埋め金(10)を流し込むとき前記外面(12)にある前記層(13)の気孔の中に侵入することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鋳造部品。
- 前記埋め金(10)が管状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の鋳造部品。
- 内燃機関用のシリンダヘッド(1)であり、前記埋め金が実際の使用において前記シリンダヘッド(1)の排気案内管に付設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の鋳造部品。
- 排気ターボチャージャ用ハウジングであり、前記埋め金が実際の使用においてこのハウジングの排気案内管に付設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の鋳造部品。
- 前記鋳造材料が軽金属鋳造材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の鋳造部品。
- 前記ガスの流れる前記管(6)に割り当てられた内面(14)上および前記鋳造部品(1)の前記鋳造材料に割り当てられた外面(12)上がそれぞれ少なくとも部分的に釉薬層またはエナメル層(13、15)で被膜されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項にしたがって形成された鋳造部品(1)に使用するための埋め金。
- 前記埋め金(10)の前記外面(12)に設けられた前記層(13)が多孔質エナメルから成ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の埋め金。
- 前記埋め金(10)の前記外面にある前記層(13)が開孔であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の埋め金。
- 前記埋め金(10)の前記内面(14)に設けられた前記層(15)が耐高温成分を含むエナメルから成ることを特徴とする請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載の埋め金。
- 軽金属材料から成り前記釉薬層またはエナメル層 (13、15)を担持する基体(11)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9〜12の何れか一項に記載の埋め金。
- 前記基体(11)が軽金属発泡体から成ることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の埋め金。
- 前記基体が少なくとも2つの互いから独立した部品から成り、それらがそれぞれ互いから独立して前記釉薬層またはエナメル層で被膜され、続いて前記埋め金に組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項9〜14の何れか一項に記載の埋め金。
