Abstract
Description
2つの電圧ソース25の間の場所で電圧をタップできるようにするため、セルコンタクト2にセル接続線4が接続される。セル接続線4は、リボン状のコネクタ5の延在方向6に沿って互いと平行に延在し、トラクションバッテリ27の縁部に至る。別のコネクタ5(ここでは例示せず)が、図3において上部に例示されている電極同士を接続する。この第2のコネクタ5は、第1のコネクタ5に対してセル1つ分だけずらされ、この結果、電流経路は全体として実質的にジグザグな様式で延在する。端部32において、セルコンタクト2は、ガルヴァーニ電池26の単一の電極のみに接続される。その場合これらのセルコンタクト2において、合計電圧をタップすることができる。

Claims (15)
- セルの形態である少なくとも1つの電圧ソースおよび/または電圧シンク(25)を外部電気構成要素(13)に接続するための接続構成(1)であって、
前記電圧ソースおよび/またはシンク(25)に接触するためのセルコンタクト(2)と、
前記セルコンタクト(2)に接続されたセル接続線(4)と、
前記セル接続線(4)に前記セルコンタクト(2)とは反対側に面するその端部において接続される、前記外部電気構成要素(13)に接続するための接続線(12)と、を備え、
前記セル接続線(4)が、前記セルコンタクト(2)と同じ材料から成る、接続構成(1)。 - 前記セル接続線(4)および前記接続線(12)が、圧着によって導電的な様式で互いに接続される、請求項1に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記セルコンタクト(2)および前記セル接続線(4)が、リボン状の保持部材(9)内に固着され、
前記保持部材(9)が、一方の端部(10)に、前記セル接続線(4)および前記接続線(12)が互いに接続される接続領域(11)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の接続構成(1)。 - 前記接続線(12)が前記セル接続線(4)に接続される場所である接続領域(11)が密閉される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記接続線(12)が前記セル接続線(4)に接続される場所である接続領域(11)が保護層を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- キャスティングコンパウンド(16)、特に低圧射出成形コンパウンドが、接続領域(11)の周りに装着され、
前記接続領域(11)において、前記接続線(12)が前記セル接続線(4)に接続される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。 - 前記セル接続線(4)が、前記キャスティングコンパウンド(16)によって基部部材(17)に固着される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記セルコンタクト(2)が、前記セル接続線(4)に溶接される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記セル接続線(4)が、アルミニウムを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記セル接続線(4)が、リボン状のコネクタ(5)の一部分、特に平坦なリボン線または平坦なリボンケーブルの一部分である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記接続構成(1)が、単一のリボン状のコネクタ(5)内に隣り合って配置される複数のセル接続線(4)を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 前記接続線(12)が、前記セルコンタクト(2)と同じ材料から成る、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)。
- 電圧ソースおよび/またはシンク(25)と、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の接続構成(1)と、を備える、電気的構成。
- 前記電圧ソースおよび/または前記電圧シンク(25)が、ガルヴァーニ電池(26)、特に二次電池である、請求項13に記載の電気的構成。
- 前記セルコンタクト(2)が、前記ガルヴァーニ電池(26)の電極である、請求項14に記載の電気的構成。
