Abstract
Description
− 1つ又は複数の培養培地を上述のフィルムの上、前記フィルムのヒートシール層の上に置く工程、
− ヒートシール層が互いに向き合うように、1つ又は複数の培養培地を、自由なままのフィルムの一部又は他のフィルムで覆う工程、
− 1つ又は複数の培養培地がこのように形成された小袋内に閉じ込められるように、1枚のフィルム又は2枚のフィルムの端部を固定する工程
を含む。
− このように得られた小袋を第2の小袋の内部に置く工程、及び
− 前記第2の小袋をシールする工程
を更に含む。
− このように得られた第2の小袋を第3の小袋の内部に置く工程、及び
− 前記第3の小袋をシールする工程
を更に含む。
ペトリ皿の様々なバッチが形成される。各バッチは、出願人によって製造され且つビオメリューの問い合わせ名 Count−Tact(商標)GTSで販売されているTSA(トリプケースソイ寒天)型の寒天培養培地を10個含む。
ペトリ皿の様々なバッチが形成される。各バッチは、出願人によって製造され且つビオメリュー参照番号43811のTrypcase Soy Agar 3PTMの下で販売されている90mmのLock Sure(商標)皿型の10個の寒天培養培地を含む。
− 各バッチの第1のスタックが、2と8℃の間の温度で貯蔵される。
− 各バッチの第2のスタックが、常温(AT)で貯蔵される。
− 各バッチの第3のスタックが、30と35℃の間の温度で最終的に貯蔵される。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの微生物培養培地を包装するためのポリマーフィルムの使用であって、前記フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの少なくとも1つの層及びポリエチレンなどの少なくとも1つのヒートシール層を含み、前記フィルムが、10.0g/m2×24時間と80.0g/m2×24時間の間の平均水蒸気透過性を有する、使用。
- フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの第2の層を含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの層が微細穿孔される、請求項1及び2に記載の使用。
- フィルムが、20と80μmの間、好ましくは30と50μmの間の厚みを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1つの微生物培養培地の包装を目的とする小袋を作製するための、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムの使用。
- 少なくとも1つの培養培地を包装する方法であって、
− 1つ又は複数の培養培地を請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの上、該フィルムのヒートシール層の上に置く工程、
− ヒートシール層が互いに向き合うように、前記フィルムの自由なままの一部により又は他のフィルムにより、1つ又は複数の培養培地を覆う工程、
− 1つ又は複数の培養培地がこのように形成された小袋内に閉じ込められるように、1枚のフィルム又は2枚のフィルムの端部を固定する工程
を含む、方法。 - 1つ又は複数のフィルムが事前に殺菌される、請求項6に記載の包装方法。
- 殺菌の方法が、ガンマ線及び/又はベータ線からなる群から得られた放射線による照射である、請求項7に記載の包装方法。
- 固定する工程が、100と170℃の間の温度でのヒートシール工程である、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の包装方法。
- − このように得られた小袋を第2の小袋の内部に置く工程、及び
− 前記第2の小袋をシールする工程
を更に含む、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の包装方法。 - − このように得られた第2の小袋を第3の小袋の内部に置く工程、及び
− 前記第3の小袋をシールする工程
を更に含む、請求項10に記載の包装方法。 - 前記第2及び/又は第3の小袋が、セロハン、ポリオレフィン、及びポリアミドを含む群から得られた材料からなる、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の包装方法。
