Claims (10)
- モータの回転組立体であって、前記回転組立体は、
回転軸と、
前記回転軸と一緒に回転する保持器と、
前記保持器によって保持されたロータ磁石とを備え、前記ロータ磁石の部分は、前記保持器の部分に締まりばめで係合し、前記ロータ磁石の別の部分と前記保持器の別の部分との間に隙間が定まる、ことを特徴とする回転組立体。 - 前記保持器は第1の側面を備え、前記ロータ磁石は、前記保持器の前記第1の側面に対面する第2の側面を備え、前記第1の側面及び前記第2の側面の一方の少なくとも部分は円錐面であり、前記第1の側面及び前記第2の側面の他方は円筒面である、請求項1に記載の回転組立体。
- 前記第1の側面は前記保持器の内側面であり、前記第2の側面は前記ロータ磁石の外側面である、請求項2に記載の回転組立体。
- 前記第1の側面は前記保持器の外側面であり、前記第2の側面は前記ロータ磁石の内側面である、請求項2に記載の回転組立体。
- 前記ロータ磁石のうち、前記第2の側面の向かい側の反対面は円筒面である、請求項2〜4の何れかの1つに記載の回転組立体。
- 前記ロータ磁石は、前記保持器の内側面に取り付け、前記ロータ磁石は、第1の端部と、第1の端部の向かい側の第2の端部と備え、前記第1の端部の外径は、前記第2の端部の外径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の回転組立体。
- 前記ロータ磁石と前記保持器との間の隙間は、接着剤で満たされる、請求項1〜6の何れかの1つに記載の回転組立体。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかの1つに記載の回転組立体と、前記回転組立体を支持する静止組立体とを備える、ことを特徴とするモータ。
- 前記静止組立体は、
ステータコアと、
前記ステータコアの周りに巻き付けた複数のコイルと、
前記コイルに電気的に接続された回路基板と、
前記ステータコア及び前記回路基板を支持する支持部品とを備え、
前記支持部品はダイカスト部品である、請求項8に記載のモータ。 - 前記支持部品と前記回路基板との間に絶縁座金が配置され、前記モータは、二群のケーブルをさらに備え、前記回路基板内に二群の接続ポートが定まり、前記二群のケーブルは前記支持部品を通って延び、それぞれ対応する前記接続ポートに接続される、請求項9に記載のモータ。
