Claims (14)
- ピストンハウジングユニット(1;1a;1b)内のピストンロッド(11)を案内及び減衰するためのガイド/ダンピングユニットであって、
ガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)は、ガイド要素(16)と、少なくとも1つのダンピング要素(17)とを有するガイド/ダンピングユニット。 - 前記ガイド要素(16)が2つの、特に同様に設計されたハーフシェル(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記ガイド要素(16)が、少なくとも1つのリニアガイド部(18)を有し、特に、長手方向軸(3)に沿って互いに離間した2つのリニアガイド部(18)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記ダンピング要素(17)が、前記ピストンロッド(11)を取り囲み、特にその全周を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記ダンピング要素(17)が、ダンピングリング又は少なくとも1つの、特に2つのダンピングストリップ(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記ダンピング要素(17)が、前記ガイド要素(16)のダンピング要素凹部(19)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記ダンピング要素凹部(19)が、内側溝として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 少なくとも1つのグリースポケット(21)、特に前記ガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)に一体化されている少なくとも1つのグリースポケット(21)を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記グリースポケット(21)が、前記ガイド要素(16)のハーフシェル(22)内に配置され、特に前記内側溝の内面にある窪みとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- 前記減衰の効果を設定できること、特に、ダンピングストリップ(26)が前記ガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)に配置される予張力によって設定できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット。
- a.長手方向軸(3)を有するハウジング(2)と、
b.変位可能なピストンロッド(11)と、
c.前記ピストンロッド(11)の変位を案内及び減衰するための、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)と
を備えるピストンハウジングユニット。 - ガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)が、ハウジングに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のピストンハウジングユニット。
- 前記ガイド/ダンピングユニット(10)が、ハウジング(2)に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のピストンハウジングユニット。
- 前記ハウジング(2)が、管状に設計され、特に中空円筒形状に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のピストンハウジングユニット。
