Claims (3)
- 軸が移動自在に挿入される軸支持部材の内周であって、前記軸支持部材の内周に軸方向に並べて配置されて前記軸の外周をシールする複数のシールのシール間の液体を検知するセンサ部と、
前記センサ部の液体の検知により液漏れか否かを判断する判断部を備えた
ことを特徴とする液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記センサ部は、前記シール間の圧力を検知する圧力センサである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記軸支持部材の内周であって前記シール間に設けた液溜室を備え、
前記センサ部は、前記液溜室内の液体を検知する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液漏れ検知装置。
