Description
第一の実施の形態における液漏れ検知装置は、図2に示すように、緩衝器SAのシリンダ1に固定される環状のロッドガイド5に積層される環状の芯金6の内周に設けた摺接部材Sと、検知部Dとを備えて構成されている。
第二の実施の形態における液漏れ検知装置は、図6に示すように、緩衝器SAのシリンダ1に固定される環状のロッドガイド5の内周に設けた摺接部材S1と、検知部Dとを備えて構成されている。
Claims (6)
- 弾性部を有し、液体が充填されるシリンダに対して軸方向移動可能で前記シリンダに出入りするロッドの外周に摺接して前記弾性部に初期撓みが与えられる摺接部材と、
前記摺接部材の前記弾性部の変形を検知し、前記ロッドと前記摺接部材との接触抵抗の変化による前記弾性部の変形によって液漏れの有無を判断する検知部とを備え、
前記摺接部材は、前記弾性部の前記ロッド側に前記ロッドに摺接する先端部を有し、前記先端部が櫛歯状である
ことを特徴とする液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記弾性部は、感圧導電性ゴムとされ、
前記検知部は、前記弾性部の電気抵抗変化から前記弾性部の変形を検知する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記検知部は、前記弾性部の変形を検知する圧電素子を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記検知部は、前記弾性部の変形を静電容量の変化から検知する感圧センサを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記摺接部材の前記先端部側が前記ロッド側に向けて先細りとなる形状とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液漏れ検知装置。 - 前記摺接部材は、前記ロッドの外周に摺接して前記シリンダからの液漏れを防止するメインシールと、前記ロッドの外周に摺接して前記シリンダ内へ異物の侵入を防止するダストシールとの間に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の液漏れ検知装置。
