Abstract

Claims (37)
- クラウドコンピュータ環境において生体試料を分析するためのコンピュータ実行方法であって、
サーバにおいて試料調製関連データを受け取るステップと、
プロセッサを介して、前記試料調製関連データ及び試料抽出ログに少なくとも基づいて試料調製ログを生成するステップと、
前記サーバにおいて配列決定関連データを受け取るステップと、
前記プロセッサを介して、前記試料抽出ログ及び前記配列決定関連データに少なくとも基づいて実行ログを生成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするコンピュータ実行方法。 - 前記サーバにおいて分析関連データを受け取るステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記分析関連データは、分析法、分析識別符号、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記分析法は、前記クラウドコンピュータ環境のメモリに記憶される、

ことを特徴とするシステム。 - クラウドコンピュータ環境を用いて生体試料を分析するためのシステムであって、
前記クラウドコンピュータ環境と通信する少なくとも1つの試料調製装置と、
前記クラウドコンピュータ環境と通信する少なくとも1つの配列決定装置と、
前記クラウドコンピュータ環境の少なくとも1つのサーバから離れて存在する少なくとも1つのコンピュータ装置と、
を備え、前記試料調製装置は、試料調製データが生成されている間に、該試料調製データを記憶のために前記クラウドコンピュータ環境に送信するように構成され、前記配列決定装置は、配列データが生成されている間に、該配列データを記憶のために前記クラウドコンピュータ環境に送信するように構成される、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - クラウドコンピュータ環境において汎用試料調製カートリッジを用いて生体試料を調製するためのプロトコルの使用を共有してモニタするためのコンピュータ実行方法であって、
サーバにおいて、前記クラウドコンピュータ環境における前記汎用試料調製カートリッジを用いた試料調製のためのプロトコルを提出者から受け取るステップと、
前記プロトコル又は該プロトコルの使用に対する要求者からの要求をモニタするステップと、
前記プロトコル又は前記プロトコルの使用に対する少なくとも1つの要求につき、前記汎用試料調製カートリッジの供給業者からの購入クレジットを前記提出者に計上するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするコンピュータ実行方法。 - 汎用試料調製カートリッジを用いて生体試料を調製するためのプロトコルの使用を共有してモニタするためのシステムであって、複数のコンピュータシステムと通信するクラウドコンピュータ環境を備え、該クラウドコンピュータ環境は、少なくとも1つのサーバ及び少なくとも1つのプロセッサを含み、前記少なくとも1つのサーバは、前記コンピュータシステムの少なくとも1つと通信して、前記汎用試料調製カートリッジを用いた試料調製のためのプロトコルを受け取って記憶するように構成され、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、要求者による前記プロトコルに対する要求をモニタして、前記プロトコルに対する少なくとも1つの要求につき、前記汎用試料調製カートリッジの供給業者からの購入クレジットを前記プロトコルの提出者に計上するように構成される、
