Abstract
Description
lamine)等のようなトリフェニルアミン系誘導体、NPB(N、N’−di(1−naphthyl)−N、N’−diphenylbenzidine)、TAPC(4、4′−Cyclohexylidene bis[N、N−bis(4−methylphenyl)benzenamine])等を含むが、これに限定されることではない。
実施例1は1Lのトルエン溶媒にTinuvin 1130 20mg及びTinuvin 326 200mgを添加した組成物を利用して形成した第1粘着層を含む偏光部材である。
実施例2は1Lのトルエン溶媒にTinuvin 1130 20mg及び Tinuvin 326 400mgを添加した組成物を利用して形成した第1粘着層を含む偏光部材である。
実施例3は1Lのトルエン溶媒にTinuvin Carboprotect 10mg、Tinuvin 1130 20mg及びTinuvin 326 500mgを添加した組成物を利用して形成した第1粘着層を含む偏光部材である。
4.実施例4
実施例4として380nm超過410nm以下の光を吸収する染料を含む第1粘着層を含む偏光部材を製作した。
比較例1は380nm以下の光を吸収する染料を含む粘着層を含む偏光部材である。

Claims (24)
- 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネル上に配置された偏光部材と、を含み、
前記偏光部材は、
偏光子と、
前記偏光子の少なくとも一面に配置された複数の機能層と、を含み、
前記複数の機能層の少なくとも1つは、
380nm超過450nm以下の波長領域の光を吸収する第1光吸収染料を含む表示装置。 - 前記第1光吸収染料は、
ベンゾトリアゾール系、ベンゾフェノン系、サリチル酸系、サリチラート系、シアノアクリレート系、シンナメート系、オキサニリド系、ポリスチレン系、ポリフェロセニルシラン系、メチン系、アゾメチン系、トリアジン系、パラ−アミノ安息香酸系、桂皮酸系、ウロカニン酸系又はこれらの組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の機能層は、
λ/4位相遅延層、λ/2位相遅延層、保護フィルム、反射防止層、ハードコーティング層、輝度向上フィルム、第1粘着層、及び表面処理層の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1粘着層が前記第1光吸収染料を含む請求項3に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の機能層は、
前記λ/4位相遅延層、前記λ/2位相遅延層、及び前記第1粘着層を含み、
前記λ/2位相遅延層及び前記第1粘着層は、前記偏光子及び前記λ/4位相遅延層の間に配置され、
前記第1粘着層が前記第1光吸収染料を含む請求項3に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1粘着層は、前記λ/4位相遅延層と前記λ/2位相遅延層との間に配置される請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1粘着層は、前記偏光子と前記λ/2位相遅延層との間に配置される請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の機能層の中で前記第1光吸収染料を含む機能層は、
380nm超過400nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が5%以下であり、
400nm超過410nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%以下である請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の機能層の中で前記第1光吸収染料を含む機能層は、
410nm超過780nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%超過100%未満である請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネル及び前記偏光部材の間に配置された第2粘着層をさらに含み、
前記第2粘着層は、
380nm超過450nm以下の波長領域の光を吸収する第2光吸収染料を含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2光吸収染料は、
前記第1光吸収染料と同一である請求項10に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2粘着層は、
380nm超過400nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が5%以下であり、
400nm超過410nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%以下である請求項10に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2粘着層は、
410nm超過780nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%超過100%未満である請求項10に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネル及び前記偏光部材の間に配置されたタッチセンシングユニットをさらに含み、
前記第2粘着層は、前記表示パネル及び前記タッチセンシングユニットの間に配置される請求項10に記載の表示装置。 - 前記偏光部材上に配置されたウインドー部材と、
前記偏光部材及び前記ウインドー部材の間に配置された第3粘着層と、をさらに含み、
前記第3粘着層は、
380nm超過450nm以下の波長領域の光を吸収する第3光吸収染料を含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3光吸収染料は、
前記第1光吸収染料と同一である請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3粘着層は、
380nm超過400nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が5%以下であり、
400nm超過410nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%以下である請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第3粘着層は、
410nm超過780nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%超過100%未満である請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記偏光部材及び前記ウインドー部材の間に配置されたタッチセンシングユニットをさらに含み、
前記第3粘着層は、前記偏光部材及び前記タッチセンシングユニットの間に配置された第1サブ粘着層、及び前記タッチセンシングユニット及び前記ウインドー部材の間に配置された第2サブ粘着層を含み、
前記第1サブ粘着層及び前記第2サブ粘着層の少なくとも1つは、前記第3光吸収染料を含む請求項15に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネル及び前記偏光部材の間に配置されたタッチセンシングユニットをさらに含み、前記タッチセンシングユニットは、前記表示パネル上に直接配置された請求項15に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルは、
第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に配置され、発光層を含む有機層と、
前記有機層上に配置された第2電極と、
前記第2電極上に配置されたキャッピング層と、
前記キャッピング層上に配置された封止層と、を含み、
前記キャッピング層は、
380nm超過450nm以下の波長領域の光を吸収する第4光吸収染料又は有機材料を含む請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記封止層は、
ガラスを含む請求項21に記載の表示装置。 - 前記キャッピング層は、
400nm超過410nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%以下である請求項21に記載の表示装置。 - 前記キャッピング層は、
410nm超過780nm以下の波長領域での光透過率が65%超過100%未満である請求項21に記載の表示装置。
