Abstract
【解決手段】溶着接合用シート10は、シート本体11と、シート本体11の一方の面に形成されたエネルギダイレクタとしての機能を有する多数の突起部12とを有する。溶着接合用シート10は、シート本体11及び突起部12が接合材料と同一の熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂複合材からなる。

Description
本発明の一形態に係る接合用シートは、摩擦熱によって溶融し、その後固化又は硬化する樹脂からなるものである。
本発明の一形態に係る接合用シートは、前記シート本体は、異なる材料からなる第1の層と第2の層とを張り合わせてなるものである。
本発明の一形態に係る接合用シートは、異なる材料からなる第1の領域と第2の領域とを有するものである。
本発明の一形態に係る接合用シートでは、接合部材の接合面が材料の異なる領域を有する場合であっても各領域に対応して接合することができる。
本発明の一形態に係る接合用シートは、前記シート本体の両面に前記多数の突起部が形成されているものである。
本発明の一形態に係る接合構造では、接合部材に加工を施すことなく、かつ、様々な材料の接合部材に対応した接合構造を得ることができる。
本発明の一形態に係る接合方法では、接合部材に加工を施すことなく、かつ、様々な材料の接合部材に対応して接合することができる。
本発明の一形態に係る接合方法では、手間を要することなく第1の接合部材と第2の接合部材とを接合することができる。
〈第1の実施形態〉
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る溶着接合用シートの外観を示す斜視図、図2は図1に示した溶着接合用シートの断面図である。
このように構成された溶着接合用シート10を用いて接合部材を溶着接合する工程を図3に基づき説明する。
〈第2の実施形態〉
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態を説明する。
図5は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る溶着接合用シートの断面図である。
この実施形態に係る溶着接合用シート20は、シート本体21が2層を有する点で第1の実施形態に係る溶着接合用シート10と構成を異にする。
このシート本体21は、異なる材料からなる第1の層21aと第2の層21bとを張り合わせてなるものである。
このような第1の層21a及び第2の層21bは直接溶着接合される接合部材に応じて同一の材料乃至親和性の高い材料を適宜選択すればよい。
このように構成された溶着接合用シート20を用いて接合部材を溶着接合する工程を図6に基づき説明する。
〈第3の実施形態〉
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態を説明する。
図7は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る溶着接合用シートの断面図である。
第1の領域31aは、典型的にはこの領域の面に溶着接合される接合部材33、34(図8参照)の一方の領域33a、34aと同じ材料からなる。
第2の領域31bは、典型的にはこの領域の面に溶着接合される接合部材33、34(図8参照)の他方の領域33b、34bと同じ材料からなる。
このように構成された溶着接合用シート30を用いて接合部材を溶着接合する工程を図8に基づき説明する。
〈第4の実施形態〉
次に、本発明の第4の実施形態を説明する。
図9は、本発明の第4の実施形態に係る溶着接合用シートの断面図である。
この実施形態に係る溶着接合用シート40は、シート本体41の両面に突起部42を有する点で第1の実施形態に係る溶着接合用シート10と構成を異にする。
このように構成された溶着接合用シート40を用いて接合部材を溶着接合する工程を図10に基づき説明する。
次に、図10(b)に示すように、接合部材43の接合面43aと非接合部材45との間で溶着接合用シート40を挟んで加圧し、圧接する。
次に、図10(d)に示すように、接合部材43の接合面43aと接合部材44の接合面44aとの間で溶着接合用シート40を挟んで加圧し、圧接する。
なお、上記の実施形態では、非接合部材を用いていたが、これを用いずに溶着したくない接合面に過大な摩擦熱が与えられないようにしてもよい。
また、この第4の実施形態では、溶着接合用シート40が一層であることを前提に説明したが、溶着接合用シート40は第2の実施形態で示したように異なる材料からなる第1の層と第2の層とを張り合わせてなるものであってもよい。
〈その他〉
本発明は上記の実施形態に限定されず、様々な変形が可能であり、その変形態様も本発明の技術的思想の範囲内にある。
また、上記実施形態では、熱可塑性樹脂や金属等からなる接合部材を溶着接合用シートを使って溶着により接合するものであったが、他の材料からなる接合部材を接合用シートを使って接合するものであっても構わない。

- シート本体と、
前記シート本体の少なくとも一方の面に形成された多数の突起部と、を具備し、
エネルギの付与により溶融し、その後固化又は硬化する材料からなる
接合用シート。 - 請求項1に記載の接合用シートであって、
摩擦熱によって溶融し、その後固化又は硬化する樹脂からなる
接合用シート。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の接合用シートであって、
前記シート本体は、異なる材料からなる第1の層と第2の層とを張り合わせてなる
接合用シート。 - 請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載の接合用シートであって、
異なる材料からなる第1の領域と第2の領域とを有する
接合用シート。 - 請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか1項に記載の接合用シートであって、
前記シート本体の両面に前記多数の突起部が形成されている
接合用シート。 - 第1の接合部材と、
第2の接合部材と、
前記第1の接合部材と前記第2の接合部材との間に介在し、エネルギの付与により溶融されてその後固化又は硬化した請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか1項に記載の接合用シートと
が積層された接合構造。 - 少なくとも第1の接合部材の接合面にシート本体と、前記シート本体の少なくとも一方の面に形成された多数の突起部とを有し、エネルギの付与により溶融し、その後固化又は硬化する材料からなる接合用シートを前記接合面に前記突起部が当接するようにして圧接し、
少なくとも前記第1の接合部材の接合面に圧接された前記接合用シートをエネルギの付与により溶融してその後固化又は硬化する
接合方法。 - 請求項7に記載の接合方法であって、
前記接合用シートを溶融してその後固化又は硬化する工程で、前記第1の接合部材の接合面と第2の接合部材の接合面との間に前記接合用シートを挟んで、前記接合用シートを溶融してその後固化又は硬化する
接合方法。 - 請求項7に記載の接合方法であって、
前記接合用シートは、前記シート本体の両面に前記多数の突起部が形成されているものであり、
前記接合用シートを溶融してその後固化又は硬化した後、前記第1の接合部材の接合面との間で前記接合用シートを挟むようにして第2の接合部材の接合面を圧接し、
前記第2の接合部材の接合面に圧接された前記接合用シートを溶融してその後固化又は硬化する
