Abstract
Description
(1)排気ガス浄化装置400は、エンジン301の上方に配置されている。排気ガス浄化装置400は、円筒状の酸化触媒装置410と、円筒状の還元剤噴射装置420と、円筒状の選択触媒還元装置430と、を備えている。酸化触媒装置410は、酸化触媒装置の中心軸CL1が車両の左右方向に沿うように配置されている。還元剤噴射装置420は、還元剤噴射装置420の中心軸CL2が車両の前後方向に沿うように配置されている。選択触媒還元装置430は、選択触媒還元装置430の中心軸CL3が車両の前後方向に沿うように配置されている。酸化触媒装置410、還元剤噴射装置420、および、選択触媒還元装置430のそれぞれの中心軸が、同一の高さとなる関係に配置され、かつ、選択触媒還元装置430の中心軸CL3が酸化触媒装置410を通過するように配置されている。
(2−1)発熱体であるエンジン301から排気ガス浄化装置400への熱影響を低減できる。
(2−2)エンジン301の交換部品(たとえば、ブローバイガス還元装置750のフィルタ)の交換作業などのメンテナンス作業の効率の向上を図ることができる。
(2−3)建屋122の高さ寸法を短くできるので、運転室121からの後方視認性を向上できる。
(変形例1)
上述した実施の形態では、酸化触媒装置410の中心軸CL1と、還元剤噴射装置420の中心軸CL2と、選択触媒還元装置430の中心軸CL3のそれぞれが、水平な地面に対し平行な同一の仮想平面を形成する関係、すなわち同一の高さとなる関係に配置されている例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。同一とは、完全な同一だけでなく、ほぼ同一を含む。すなわち、各中心軸CL1,CL2,CL3は、高さ方向に僅かにずれていてもよい。少なくとも、一の仮想平面が、酸化触媒装置410、還元剤噴射装置420、および、選択触媒還元装置430を通過するように、各後処理装置が配置されていればよい。本変形例では、水平な地面から中心軸CL1、中心軸CL2および中心軸CL3のそれぞれまでの高さが僅かに異なる場合も含まれる。また、本変形例では、水平な地面から仮想平面までの高さと、水平な地面から後処理装置の中心軸までの高さが僅かに異なる場合も含まれる。
上述した実施の形態では、酸化触媒装置410および選択触媒還元装置430を含む排気ガス浄化装置400の左右方向の中心が右側に位置するように、排気ガス浄化装置400を右側に寄せて配置する例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。左側に位置するように配置してもよいし、排気ガス浄化装置400の左右幅を2分する中心軸を、車両の中心軸CL0に合わせて配置してもよい。
上述した実施の形態では、還元剤として尿素水溶液を用いた例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。アンモニア水溶液など種々の還元剤を利用した排気ガス浄化装置400を備える作業車両に本発明を適用することができる。
上述した実施の形態では、ホイールローダに本発明を適用した例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されることなく、ホイール式の油圧ショベルなど、種々の作業車両に適用することができる。

- エンジン室内にエンジンと前記エンジンの排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置を備えた作業車両において、
前記排気ガス浄化装置は、前記エンジンの上方に配置され、円筒状の酸化触媒装置と、円筒状の還元剤噴射装置と、円筒状の選択触媒還元装置と、を備え、
前記酸化触媒装置は、前記酸化触媒装置の中心軸が前記作業車両の左右方向に沿うように配置され、
前記還元剤噴射装置は、前記還元剤噴射装置の中心軸が前記作業車両の前後方向に沿うように配置され、
前記選択触媒還元装置は、前記選択触媒還元装置の中心軸が前記作業車両の前後方向に沿うように配置され、
前記酸化触媒装置、前記還元剤噴射装置、および、前記選択触媒還元装置のそれぞれの中心軸が、同一の高さとなる関係に配置され、かつ、前記選択触媒還元装置の中心軸が前記酸化触媒装置を通過するように配置されていることを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両において、
