Claims (7)
- 可燃性ガスが流通するガス化炉の内部を観察する炉内観察装置であって、
前記ガス化炉内に挿入され、かつ、前記ガス化炉に固定され、内部が空洞のノズルと、
筒形状であり、前記ノズルに挿入され、前記ガス化炉の内部側の部分が閉塞された保護管と、
前記保護管の前記ガス化炉の内部側に設けられ、光を透過する観測窓と、
前記観測窓の前記ガス化炉の内部の面に酸化剤を含むガスを供給するパージ機構と、
前記観測窓を介して、前記ガス化炉の内部を撮影する撮像手段と、を備え、
前記撮像手段は、前記観測窓を介して炉内を撮像する撮像機器と、ラジカルが発光する光の波長を遮蔽する光学フィルタと、前記光学フィルタを前記撮像機器に取り付けまたは取り外す光学フィルタ切替部と、を有することを特徴とする炉内観察装置。 - 前記光学フィルタは、759nm以上928nm以下の範囲の波長のみを透過することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の炉内観察装置。
- 前記光学フィルタ切替部と接続された制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記ガス化炉のガス排出温度が予め設定された値を超えた場合または前記ガス化炉に燃料が投入された場合、前記光学フィルタを前記撮像機器に取り付け、
前記ガス化炉のガス排出温度が予め設定された値以下であり、かつ、前記ガス化炉に燃料が投入されていない場合、前記光学フィルタを前記撮像機器から取り外すことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の炉内観察装置。 - 前記観測窓を介して炉内を照らす照明機器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の炉内観察装置。
- 前記撮像手段は円筒の形状であり、前記保護管に挿入される耐圧管と、
前記耐圧管の前記ガス化炉側の端部に設けられ、前記保護管の内部の空間と前記耐圧管の内部の空間とを遮蔽し、光を透過する透明窓と、
前記耐圧管に収容されるファイバースコープと、
前記観測窓と前記透明窓との間に配置され、前記観測窓から入射する光を反射し、前記透明窓に入射させるミラーと、を有し、
前記観測窓は、前記保護管の前記ガス化炉内に挿入された部分の側面に形成され、
前記パージ機構は、前記保護管と前記耐圧管との間の空間に酸化剤を含む前記ガスを供給し、前記観測窓から酸化剤を含む前記ガスを吹出させることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の炉内観察装置。 - 前記ノズルに取り付けられ、前記ガス化炉の内部と外部とを遮蔽するバルブと、
前記ノズルに接続され、前記保護管の周囲と外部とを遮蔽する円筒容器と、
前記円筒容器に対して前記保護管を移動させる移動機構と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の炉内観察装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の炉内観察装置を備えるガス化炉設備。
