Abstract
【解決手段】ポリアミド樹脂と、酸化グラフェンと、を含むことを特徴とする樹脂組成物である。これにより、樹脂組成物に酸化グラフェンによる熱安定性とシリコーン系シール材との良好な接着性能が付与される。また、成形後の成形品の強度も損なわれることがない。
また、本発明は、本発明の樹脂組成物の成形品、及び本発明の樹脂組成物の成形品と該成形品と接合される被接合部材とが液状の硬化型シリコーンゴム組成物の硬化物を介して接合された樹脂組成物の成形品の接合構造を提供する。

Description
(2)酸化グラフェンの配合割合が、樹脂組成物の総質量に対して0.1質量%以上3質量%以下である。
(3)強化材として繊維を、樹脂組成物の総質量に対して最大60質量%の量で含む。
本発明の樹脂組成物は、ポリアミド樹脂と、酸化グラフェンと、を含む。
さらに、本発明は、本発明の樹脂組成物の成形品とこの成形品と接合される被接合部材とが液状の硬化型シリコーンゴム組成物の硬化物を介して接合されたことを特徴とする樹脂組成物の成形品の接合構造を提供する。
さらに、本発明は、ポリアミド樹脂組成物の成形物の表面部を、酸化グラフェンを含む表皮材により被覆した被覆体を提供する。
[実施例1]
ガラス繊維30質量%添加ポリアミド6樹脂であるPA−6−GF30−01(ダイセルポリマー株式会社製)及び酸化グラフェン(東京化成工業株式会社製、型番:G0443、樹脂組成物の総質量に対して0.1質量%)を2軸混練押出機(株式会社パーカーコーポレーション製HK25D−41)を用いて溶融混練し、ペレット化した。
酸化グラフェンの添加量を樹脂組成物の総質量に対してそれぞれ1質量%(実施例2)、3質量%(実施例3)と変更させた以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物のペレットを作成した。
酸化グラフェンの添加量を樹脂組成物の総質量に対してそれぞれ0質量%(比較例1)、10質量%(比較例2)と変更させた以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物のペレットを作成した。
「1.樹脂組成物の製造」で得られたペレットをそれぞれ80℃、減圧下で4時間乾燥し、射出成型機(日精樹脂工業株式会社製PNX−III、シリンダー温度;C1=230℃、C2=240℃、C3=250℃、ノズル=240℃、樹脂=250℃、金型=60℃)を用いて射出成型を行い、JIS K7161に準拠した試験片及びISO19095−3に準拠した試験片を得た。
3−1.プラスチック−引張特性の試験
「2.樹脂組成物の成形品の製造」で得られた試験片(JIS K7161に準拠)を用い、JIS K7161に準拠したプラスチック−引張特性の試験を行った。
「2.樹脂組成物の成形品の製造」で得られた未被熱試験片(ISO19095−3に準拠)の先端面にシリコーン系材料の液状ガスケット(FIPG)を塗布し、この塗布面にアルミニウム片を接触させた後に液状ガスケットを硬化し、接合界面特性評価用の接着試験体を作成した。
Claims (7)
- ポリアミド樹脂と、酸化グラフェンと、を含むことを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 前記酸化グラフェンの酸化度が、10%以上70%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記酸化グラフェンの配合割合が、樹脂組成物の総質量に対して0.1質量%以上3質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 強化材として繊維を樹脂組成物の総質量に対して最大60質量%の量で含む請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の樹脂組成物の成形品。
- 請求項5に記載の成形品と該成形品と接合される被接合部材とが液状の硬化型シリコーンゴム組成物の硬化物を介して接合されたことを特徴とする樹脂組成物の成形品の接合構造。
- ポリアミド樹脂組成物の成形物の表面部を、酸化グラフェンを含む表皮材により被覆したことを特徴とする被覆体。
