Abstract
Description
(A)殺菌成分として、チモール(和光純薬工業社製)およびカルバクロール(和光純薬工業社製)から選ばれた1種以上、(B)殺菌効力増強剤として、フマル酸(和光純薬工業社製)およびフィチン酸(和光純薬工業社製)を表1に示す配合割合(質量%)で配合し、精製水を加えて100重量%として試験液(本発明1〜11)を得た。
本発明、比較例の試験液990μLに、黄色ブドウ球菌(S.aureus)の培養液10μLを接種してよく攪拌した後、混合液をSCDLP培地で100倍希釈した。接種から希釈までの時間は5分間とした。この希釈液を滅菌済みのプラスチックシャーレに固化させておいたSCDLP寒天培地上に100μL滴下し、コンラージ棒でよく延ばした後、37℃で培養を行い、発生するコロニー数を計測した。また、対照例(ネガティブコントロール)として試験液の代わりに滅菌水を用いたものも用意した。試験液で処理したものと対照例のコロニー数の比較により除菌率を算出した。
Claims (5)
- チモールおよびカルバクロールから選ばれた1種以上と、フマル酸およびフィチン酸から選ばれた1種以上と、を水に溶解させて成り、前記チモールおよびカルバクロールを合わせた配合量が0.01質量%以上0.04質量%以下であることを特徴とする水性殺菌組成物。
- カルバクロールと、フマル酸およびフィチン酸から選ばれた1種以上と、を水に溶解させて成り、前記カルバクロールの配合量が0.01質量%以上0.04質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性殺菌組成物。
- 前記フマル酸およびフィチン酸を合わせた配合量が0.005質量%以上1質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の水性殺菌組成物。
- 前記チモールおよびカルバクロールから選ばれた1種以上と、前記フマル酸およびフィチン酸から選ばれた1種以上と、エタノールを含まない溶剤と、で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の水性殺菌組成物。
- 前記チモールおよびカルバクロールから選ばれた1種以上と、前記フマル酸およびフィチン酸から選ばれた1種以上と、水のみからなる溶剤と、で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の水性殺菌組成物。
