Abstract
【解決手段】シート材11は、網状構造体12とポリアミド系樹脂フィルム13とを備える。網状構造体は、熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含む一軸配向体を2以上備え、2以上の一軸配向体の配向軸が交差するように、これら2以上の一軸配向体を直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して積層もしくは織成してなる。ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムは、網状構造体に直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介在して積層される。網状構造体とポリアミド系樹脂フィルムは、網状構造体の溶融された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層により接着されている。

Description
また、包装シートを袋状に形成する際、及び包装袋にアルコール蒸散剤を封入する際には、ヒートシールを行って接着しているが、接着部にヒートシール層を介在させる必要があるため製造装置や製造工程が複雑化する、という課題もある。
また、本発明のアルコール蒸散剤包材によれば、シート材を袋状に形成する際に、網状構造体の袋の内面側の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層をヒートシール層にして接着することができる。従って、ヒートシール層が不要になるので、製造装置や製造工程を簡単化できる。しかも、印刷面がアルコール蒸散剤包材の外側にならない(裏印刷になる)ので、食品包装容器内に食品とともに封入した場合に、食品がアルコール蒸散剤包材のインクに触れることはなく、インクの欠落や食品への転写を防止できる。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係るシート材を示しており、図1(A)は斜視図、図1(B)は図1(A)のX−X’線に沿った断面図である。シート材11は、網状構造体12とポリアミド系樹脂フィルム、いわゆるナイロン製フィルム13との積層構造になっている。この網状構造体12とナイロン製フィルム13は、網状構造体12の溶融された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層により接着されている。ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムは、アルコール透過性があるもの、好ましくはエタノール透過度が300g/m2・24hr以上のものである。なお、アルコール透過性を確保できれば、ポリアミド系樹脂を含む複数の材料を積層したフィルムであっても良い。
この場合の網状構造体12は、目付が5〜70g/m2、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層の厚さが2〜10μm、一軸配向体間の接着力が10〜60N、引張強度が20〜600N/50mmの特性を満たす。
図3は、本発明の第2の実施形態を示しており、図1に示したシート材を用いたアルコール蒸散剤包材を示している。図3(A)はアルコール蒸散剤包材の斜視図、図3(B)は図3(A)のY−Y’線に沿った断面図である。なお、図3(B)では、極性官能基が導入された表面領域12a,13a及び印刷面14は省略し、シート材11を網状構造体12とナイロン製フィルム13の2層構造で表現している。
まず、網状構造体12を構成する一軸配向体の層構成及び各層の組成について説明する。一軸配向体は、熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含んでなる。
第1の網状構造体は、縦方向一軸延伸多層フィルムを割繊後、拡幅して得られた一軸配向体と、多層フィルムに、幅方向にスリットを形成した後、幅方向に一軸延伸して得られた一軸配向体とを、配向方向が略直交するように積層してなる不織布である。図5は、図1に示したシート材11で用いられる網状構造体12の一例である網状不織布1を示している。網状不織布1は、一軸配向体の一例であるスプリットウェブ2の配向軸Lと、一軸配向体の別の例であるスリットウェブ3の配向軸Tとが互いに交差するように経緯積層されて形成されている。そして、隣接するスプリットウェブ2とスリットウェブ3の接触部位同士が面接着で接合されている。
第2の網状構造体は、網状不織布であって、縦方向一軸延伸多層フィルムを割繊後、拡幅して得られた一軸配向体を、配向方向が交差するように、好ましくは配向方向が略直交するように経緯積層してなる。すなわち、第2の網状構造体においては、積層される一軸配向体が、両者とも第1の網状構造体において説明したスプリットウェブ2から構成される網状不織布である。
第3の網状構造体は、一軸配向テープを経緯積層してなる不織布もしくは織成してなる織布である。一軸配向テープは、熱可塑性樹脂層と直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを用い、少なくとも2層の多層フィルムを、縦又は横方向に一軸配向させ、裁断して多層の延伸テープとしたものである。
そして、第3の網状構造体は、2つの一軸配向体の両者が、複数の一軸配向テープ群から構成される。図11に示すように不織布9の場合には、複数の一軸配向テープ群8,8,…が、延伸方向が概ね直交するように経緯積層され、溶着もしくは接着されている。すなわち、隣接・交差する一軸配向テープ8の接触部位同士は面接着している。
一方、図12に示すように織布10の場合には、複数の一軸配向テープ群8,8,…が経糸、複数の一軸配向テープ群8,8,…が緯糸になるように、任意の織り方で織成され、溶着もしくは接着されている。織布10では、一軸配向テープ8同士が互いに直交しており、それゆえ、配向軸T同士が互いに直交している。また、織布10では、隣接・交差する一軸配向テープ8の接触部位同士が面接着している。
第4の網状構造体は、互いに平行に延びる幹繊維と、隣接する上記幹繊維同士を繋ぐ枝繊維とを備えた一軸配向体と、一軸配向テープ群層とを積層してなる不織布である。
図13は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るアルコール蒸散剤包材において、材料構成が異なる複数のサンプルを用意し、ラミネート強度、ヒートシール強度(層間剥離の有無)、透湿度及びエタノール透過度を測定した結果を示している。

Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含む一軸配向体を2以上備え、前記2以上の一軸配向体の配向軸が交差するように、前記2以上の一軸配向体を前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して積層もしくは織成してなる網状構造体と、
前記網状構造体に前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介在して積層されたポリアミド系樹脂フィルムとを具備し、
前記網状構造体と前記ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムが、前記網状構造体の溶融された前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層により接着されている、ことを特徴とするシート材。 - 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層が、分子鎖中に長鎖分岐を有する直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載のシート材。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層が、メタロセン触媒で重合された直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含み、前記網状構造体が前記2以上の一軸配向体を前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して織成してなる、請求項1に記載のシート材。
- 前記ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムは、アルコール透過性があるものである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシート材。
- 前記一軸配向体が、前記熱可塑性樹脂層の一方の面に積層された第1直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層と、前記熱可塑性樹脂層の他方の面に積層された第2直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含み、前記第1及び第2直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層が、メルトフローレートが0.5〜10g/10min、密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3の直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシート材。
- 前記2以上の一軸配向体は、一軸配向網状フィルムまたは一軸配向テープの少なくとも一方である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシート材。
- 前記網状構造体は、目付が5〜70g/m2、前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層の厚さが2〜10μm、前記一軸配向体間の接着力が10〜60N、引張強度が20〜600N/50mmの特性を満たす、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシート材。
- アルコール蒸散剤が内包されてヒートシールされる袋状のアルコール蒸散剤包材であって、
熱可塑性樹脂層と、該熱可塑性樹脂層の少なくとも片面に積層された、分子鎖中に長鎖分岐を有する直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層とを含む一軸配向体を2以上含み、前記2以上の一軸配向体の配向軸が交差するように、前記2以上の一軸配向体を前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介して積層もしくは織成してなる網状構造体と、
前記網状構造体に前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層を介在して積層されたポリアミド系樹脂フィルムと、
前記ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムにおける前記網状構造体との積層面側に形成される印刷面とを具備し、
前記網状構造体側を袋の内面にしてアルコール蒸散剤が内包され、前記網状構造体の前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層をヒートシール層にして前記網状構造体同士が接着されて袋状に形成された、ことを特徴とするアルコール蒸散剤包材。 - 前記網状構造体と前記ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムが、前記網状構造体の溶融された前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン層により接着されている、請求項8に記載のアルコール蒸散剤包材。
- 前記網状構造体と前記ポリアミド系樹脂フィルムとの積層面における、前記網状構造体及び前記印刷面にそれぞれ導入された極性官能基を更に具備する、請求項8又は9に記載のアルコール蒸散剤包材。
