Abstract
【解決手段】システムは一体化の防音吸音屋根、排気消音構造、吸音消音通路、メンテナンス通路、雨水収集システム、避雷装置からなる。一体化の防音吸音屋根はコンクリート防水土台、耐力支柱構造、天井取付構造、吊上げ吊輪取付構造及び吸音防音構造、採光防音構造からなる。排気消音構造は天井取付構造に設置してあるスプリッター付け吸音型消音器、防雨消音笠からなる。吸気消音通路は一体化の防音吸音屋根の軒端の傍に装置してある下垂れ式両面吸音体と地面防水間仕切りに装置してある遮音パネルからなる。有効的に冷却塔による騒音を消せ、熱的性能が良好、コストが低下、施行が早く、立派な耐候性、景観効果もよい、数台の集中式冷却塔通風消音システムである。

Description
1.排気と吸気通路を分けて設計して、冷却塔の熱的性能を向上する。
2.吸気スピードが緩やかで、最大限に気圧損失を抑える。
3.消音システムと冷却塔の巡回検査とメンテナンスが便利だ。
4.雨水収集システム、避雷装置を設けて、長期使用の耐候性を保証する。
5.冷却塔ごとに消音装置を設けることよりコストが大分下がり、全体の景観効果も良い。
Claims (4)
- 一体化の防音吸音屋根、排気消音構造、吸音消音通路、メンテナンス通路、雨水収集システム、及び、避雷装置からなる集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システムにおいて、
前記一体化の防音吸音屋根は、コンクリート防水土台、耐力支柱構造、天井取付構造、吊輪取付構造、吸音防音構造及び採光防音構造からなり、
前記排気消音構造は、冷却塔の送風機頂部と天井取付構造の間にある解体可能の密封防音吸音構造、天井取付構造にあるスプリッター付け吸音型消音器、及び、吸音型消音器に設置してある防雨消音笠からなり、
防雨消音笠は、頂部にあるキャップ、キャップの内部にある吸音方向転換円錐体、及び、キャップ内側にある吸音板と耐力取付構造からなり、
防雨消音笠は、列の形で設置して、スプリッター付け吸音型消音器の間の上方に吸音板を設置して防雨消音笠を間隔し、
前記吸気消音通路は、一体化の防音吸音屋根の軒端の傍に装置してある下垂れ式両面吸音体と地面防水間仕切りに装置してある遮音パネルからなり、
遮音パネルに間をおいて観察採光防音構造が設置され、
メンテナンス通路は吸気消音通路にある遮音パネル中部に設置され、メンテナンス通路の外側にL型の遮音パネルが設置された、
集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システム。 - 請求項1に記載の集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システムにおいて、
前記雨水収集システムは、一体化の防音吸音屋根の天井にあるダブル水差し設計、軒端に設置する軒溝と排水管からなり、排水管が雨水を元の排水溝にガイドする、
ことを特徴とする集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システム。 - 請求項1に記載の集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システムにおいて、
前記避雷装置は、防雨消音笠の頂部にある避雷針より高く、一体化の防音吸音屋根の中部の上方に仕掛けて、ガイドラインを通してアースと繋がる、
ことを特徴とする集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システム。 - 請求項1に記載の集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システムにおいて、
天井取付構造に吊上げ吊輪が設けられ、単一の冷却塔の重力負荷より吊上げ吊輪の定格荷重が大きく設置される、
ことを特徴とする集中式冷却塔通風騒音低減システム。
