Claims (7)
- 圧縮空気流によって駆動され、真空グリッパ手段に真空を供給するように配置される、真空発生器であって、
真空流れ接続部は、前記圧縮空気流によって前記真空グリッパ手段に真空を供給するために、前記真空発生器と関連付けられ、かつ前記真空グリッパ手段と流れ接続するように配置され、
前記流れ接続部は、さらに、前記真空グリッパ手段に圧縮空気流を供給するように配置される第2の接続部を備え、
前記流れ接続部に、下方位置においてばね力によって作動され、前記真空グリッパ手段への前記接続部を開放し、上方位置において、前記第2の接続部における圧縮空気流からの空気圧によって前記接続部を閉鎖するように配置される、弁を備えることを特徴とする、真空発生器。 - 前記弁は、シートにおいて移動可能な弁本体を備え、前記弁本体は、前記弁の第1の位置において真空側に対する吸着側と、前記弁の前記第1の位置において前記第2の接続部を少なくとも部分的に閉鎖する圧力側と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
- 前記弁本体は、その真空側の領域内に前記弁本体の周囲を通る逃げ溝を有し、前記逃げ溝は、前記弁本体の第2の位置において、前記圧縮空気流によって前記シートの内側に対して密封するような寸法であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
- 前記弁本体は、ヒンジ接合部を有する揺動可能なハッチであり、下方位置において、ばねによって作動され、前記真空グリッパ手段への前記接続部を開放し、上方位置において、前記第2の接続部における圧縮空気流からの空気圧によって前記流れ接続部を閉鎖するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
- 前記弁は、フラップ弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載される圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
- 前記弁は、前記真空発生器に一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載される圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
- 前記弁は、前記真空発生器に着脱可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載される圧縮空気駆動型の真空発生器。
