Abstract
Description
剥離シートは、粘着剤層を保護し、粘着性の低下を防止する機能を有する部材である。そして、剥離シートは、被着体に貼付する際に粘着フィルムから剥離される。
粘着剤層の剥離シート側表面が凹凸形状を有する。粘着剤層の剥離シート側表面が凸凹形状を有することは、剥離シートを剥離した後、粘着剤層面を観察することにより確認できる。この凹凸形状は、剥離シートの凸凹形状と対応して形成されるものである。剥離シートの粘着剤層側表面の凸凹形状と、粘着剤層の剥離シート側表面の凹凸形状とが、対応していることは、電子顕微鏡などの観察手段で、剥離シート表面の凸部(凹部)と、粘着剤層表面の凹部(凸部)とが対応していることで判別することができる。
樹脂基材としては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート等のポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ポリブテン、ポリブタジエン、ポリメチルペンテン、アクリルウレタン、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体、エチレン(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合体、ABS樹脂、アイオノマー樹脂、各種熱可塑性エラストマーなどから選ばれる少なくとも一種の樹脂からなるフィルム、またはそれらから選ばれる単一種又は複数種の積層フィルム等を使用することができる。
粘着フィルムは用いられる用途によって他の層が積層されていてもよい。
本発明の他の実施形態は、樹脂基材と、粘着剤層と、該粘着剤層に隣接して配置されてなる剥離シートと、を有する粘着フィルムの製造方法であって、粒子により形成される凸凹形状を有する剥離シート上に、該凸凹形状を転写させることによって、表面に凹凸形状を有する粘着剤層を形成する工程を含み、剥離シートの粘着剤層側形成面の十点平均粗さRZJIS94が0.6μm以上である、粘着フィルムの製造方法である。かような製造方法によれば、剥離シート表面上の凸凹を容易に粘着剤層側に転写することができ、所望の表面粗さを有する粘着剤層の凹凸形状が容易に形成できるため好ましい。
本発明の粘着フィルムは、水貼りにより被着体に貼付する用途に用いると、空気抜けおよび水抜けが良好であるため、好ましく、また、透明性も高いことから、フィルムに透明性が希求される用途で用いることが好ましい。かような用途としては、遮熱フィルム、飛散防止フィルム、UV遮蔽フィルムなどの各種ウインドウフィルム、車両などの塗膜面や液晶面を保護する各種保護フィルム、光沢性を付与するためのクリアフィルム、ラミネートフィルムなどが挙げられる。
(剥離シート)
剥離基材として、東レ株式会社製のルミラー(登録商標)X44(粒子含有二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、厚み50μm)を用い、該剥離基材上にシリコーン系剥離剤を乾燥後膜厚が200nmとなるようにグラビアコーターにより塗布し、90℃で30秒乾燥させて、片面のRZJIS94が1.0μmの剥離シートを得た。
還流器および攪拌機を備えたフラスコに、アクリル酸ブチル95質量部、アクリル酸5質量部、過酸化物系開始剤およびトルエン(溶剤)を混合し、窒素置換を行いながら加温し、重合を行って、アクリル系ポリマーを得た(重量平均分子量Mw=500,000)。
厚さ150μmの透明ポリウレタン樹脂フィルム(ラツクスキンF9700ES−150C、セイコー化成社製)を樹脂基材として用いた。樹脂基材に粘着剤層を貼付して粘着フィルムを作製した。
剥離基材として、東レ株式会社製のルミラー(登録商標)X42(粒子含有二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、厚み50μm)を用い、該剥離基材上にシリコーン系剥離剤を乾燥後膜厚が200nmとなるようにグラビアコーターにより塗布し、90℃で30秒乾燥させて、片面のRZJIS94が1.9μmの剥離シートを得たこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして粘着フィルムを作製した。
剥離基材として、TORAY ADVANCED MATERIALS KOREA INC.製50XZ32(粒子含有二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、厚み50μm)を用い、シリコーン系剥離剤を乾燥後膜厚が200nmとなるようにグラビアコーターにより塗布し、90℃で30秒乾燥させて、片面のRZJIS94が2.7μmの剥離シートを得たこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして粘着フィルムを作製した。
剥離基材として、三菱樹脂社製ダイアホイル(登録商標)T−100(二軸延伸ポリエステルフィルム、厚み50μm)を用い、シリコーン系剥離剤を乾燥後膜厚が200nmとなるようにグラビアコーターにより塗布し、90℃で30秒乾燥させて、片面のRZJIS94が0.59μmの剥離シートを得たこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして粘着フィルムを作製した。
1.水貼り特性
剥離シートを剥離した25mm×300mmの粘着フィルムの粘着剤層および被着体(厚み3mmのガラス板)の片面に、0.1質量%の界面活性剤〔ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム塩〕水溶液を噴き付けた後、粘着フィルムを被着体に貼付し、スキージーで粘着剤層と被着体の界面に存在する水を掻き出して試験サンプルとした。
実施例および比較例で得た粘着フィルムから剥離シートを剥離し、剥離後ガラス面に貼付し、24時間後、粘着剤層の粘着面側における、0.125mmのくし幅の光学くしによる像鮮明度を測定した。
実施例および比較例で得た粘着フィルムから剥離シートを剥離し、剥離後、黒塗装板に貼付し、24時間後、JIS Z 8741:1997に準拠し、光沢度計(日本電色工業社製Gloss Meter VG7000)で粘着剤層表面の60度鏡面光沢度を測定した。
実施例および比較例で得た粘着フィルムから剥離シートを剥離し、剥離後ガラス面に貼付し、24時間後、ヘーズメーター(日本電色工業社製,NDH2000)を用いて、JIS K7136:2000に準じてヘーズ(%)を測定した。

Claims (8)
- 樹脂基材と、粘着剤層と、該粘着剤層に隣接して配置されてなる剥離シートと、を有し、
前記粘着剤層の前記剥離シート側表面は、凹凸形状を有し、
前記剥離シートの前記粘着剤層側表面は、粒子により形成される凸凹形状を有し、
前記剥離シートの粘着剤層側表面の十点平均粗さRZJIS94が0.6μm以上である、粘着フィルム。 - 前記粒子によって形成される剥離シートの凸凹部が、前記粘着剤層の剥離シート側表面の凹凸部となる、請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記剥離シートの粘着剤層側表面の十点平均粗さRZJIS94が2.0μm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記剥離シートを剥離した粘着フィルムのJIS K7374:2007によって規定されるくし幅0.125mmの光学くしを使った透過法での像鮮明度が、87%以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記剥離シートが剥離基材を有し、該剥離基材が樹脂を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 樹脂基材と、粘着剤層と、該粘着剤層に隣接して配置されてなる剥離シートと、を有する粘着フィルムの製造方法であって、
粒子により形成される凸凹形状を有する剥離シート上に、該凸凹形状を転写させることによって、表面に凹凸形状を有する粘着剤層を形成する工程を含み、前記剥離シートの粘着剤層側形成面の十点平均粗さRZJIS94が0.6μm以上である、粘着フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記剥離シートの、粘着剤層形成面の十点平均粗さRZJIS94が2.0μm以下である、請求項6に記載の粘着フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記剥離シートが樹脂を含む、請求項6または7に記載の粘着フィルムの製造方法。
