Abstract
【解決手段】車載用電源の高電位端に接続された第1高電圧直列接続回路2a及び第2高電圧直列接続回路3aと、上記車載用電源の低電位端に接続された第1低電圧直列接続回路2b及び第2低電圧直列接続回路3bとが基板に設けられた電子回路装置であって、上記第1高電圧直列接続回路2a及び上記第2高電圧直列接続回路3aが、上記基板の表裏に対向配置され、上記第1低電圧直列接続回路2b及び上記第2低電圧直列接続回路3bが、上記基板の表裏に対向配置される。

Description
(1)図3は、電子回路装置1が有する直列接続回路の変形例を示す図であり、(a)が基板の表面における直列接続回路の配置図であり、(b)が基板の裏面における直列接続回路の配置図である。なお、図3(a)と図2(b)とは、基板上における同じ領域の表面と裏面とを図示したものである。
この図に示すように、第2差動電圧増幅回路3は、基板表面の法線方向において、第1差動電圧増幅回路2の昇圧前直列接続回路2aと負極側直列接続回路2bとの間に配置することも可能である。このような配置は、昇圧後直列接続回路3a及び負極側直列接続回路3bを、昇圧前直列接続回路2a及び負極側直列接続回路2bから基板表面の法線方向において変位して配置するものである。これにより、昇圧前直列接続回路2aと昇圧後直列接続回路3aとの間、並びに、負極側直列接続回路2bと負極側直列接続回路3bとの間に浮遊容量が発生しづらくなり、電子回路装置1の制御応答性をより向上させることが可能である。
この図に示すように、昇圧前直列接続回路2a及び昇圧後直列接続回路3aを直線状に配置し、さらに、第2差動電圧増幅回路3を第1差動電圧増幅回路2の昇圧前直列接続回路2aと負極側直列接続回路2bとの間に配置することも可能である。

Claims (5)
- 車載用電源の高電位端に接続された第1高電圧直列接続回路及び第2高電圧直列接続回路と、前記車載用電源の低電位端に接続された第1低電圧直列接続回路及び第2低電圧直列接続回路とが基板に設けられた電子回路装置であって、
前記第1高電圧直列接続回路及び前記第2高電圧直列接続回路が、前記基板の表裏に対向配置され、
前記第1低電圧直列接続回路及び前記第2低電圧直列接続回路が、前記基板の表裏に対向配置される
ことを特徴とする電子回路装置。 - 前記第2高電圧直列接続回路の少なくとも一部は、基板表面の法線方向において前記第1高電圧直列接続回路から変位して配置され、
前記第2低電圧直列接続回路の少なくとも一部は、基板表面の法線方向において前記第1低電圧直列接続回路から変位して配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子回路装置。 - 前記第1高電圧直列接続回路と前記第2高電圧直列接続回路と前記第1低電圧直列接続回路と前記第2低電圧直列接続回路との少なくともいずれか一つは、基板上において屈曲して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電子回路装置。
- 前記第1高電圧直列接続回路と前記第2高電圧直列接続回路と前記第1低電圧直列接続回路と前記第2低電圧直列接続回路との少なくともいずれか一つは、基板上においてコの字状に屈曲して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路装置。
- 前記第1高電圧直列接続回路と前記第2高電圧直列接続回路と前記第1低電圧直列接続回路と前記第2低電圧直列接続回路との少なくともいずれか一つは、直線状に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電子回路装置。
