Abstract
【解決手段】複数の歯車を備え、駆動力源から出力されたトルクを出力部材に伝達する歯車機構において、前記複数の歯車のうち最も高回転数となる第1歯車の歯面の表面性状が、プラトー状に形成され、かつ前記第1歯車の歯面の表面粗さを表すパラメータが、前記複数の歯車のうちの他の歯車の歯面の表面粗さを表すパラメータよりも小さい。

Claims (9)
- 複数の歯車を備え、駆動力源から出力されたトルクを出力部材に伝達する歯車機構において、
前記複数の歯車のうち最も高回転数となる第1歯車の歯面の表面性状が、プラトー状に形成され、かつ前記第1歯車の歯面の表面粗さを表すパラメータが、前記複数の歯車のうちの他の歯車の歯面の表面粗さを表すパラメータよりも小さい
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項1に記載の歯車機構において、
前記パラメータは、スキューネスである
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項1または2に記載の歯車機構において、
前記第1歯車の歯面の算術平均粗さRaが0.15μm以下で、突出山部高さRpkが0.01μm≦Rpk≦0.1μmである
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項1ないし3に記載の歯車機構において、
前記駆動力源からトルクが入力される入力要素と、前記出力部材にトルクを出力する出力要素と、前記入力要素に入力されたトルクが前記出力要素から出力されるように反力トルクを出力する反力要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素と、前記各回転要素のうちのいずれか一つの第1回転要素によって、自転可能かつ前記第1回転要素の回転軸線を中心として公転可能に保持される少なくとも一つのピニオンギヤとを備え、
前記複数の歯車は、前記各回転要素のうち前記第1回転要素を除く他の回転要素であり、
前記ピニオンギヤは、前記他の回転要素のうち少なくともいずれか一つの回転要素に噛み合い、
前記第1歯車は、前記他の回転要素と前記ピニオンギヤとのうち回転数が最大となる歯車である
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項4に記載の歯車機構において、
前記各回転要素は、前記駆動力源の回転数と前記出力部材の回転数との比をステップ的に変化させる有段変速機構に設けられ、
前記各回転要素および前記ピニオンギヤは、前記有段変速機構の変速段の変化に伴って回転数が変化するように構成され、
前記第1歯車は、前記有段変速機構の変速段を変化させることによる前記各回転要素および前記ピニオンギヤのうち最大の回転数となる回転要素または前記ピニオンギヤである
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項4に記載の歯車機構において、
前記各回転要素は、前記駆動力源の回転数と前記出力部材の回転数との比をステップ的に変化させる有段変速機構に設けられ、
前記第1歯車は、前記有段変速機の変速段のうち最も設定される期間が長い変速段を設定した場合に回転数が最大となる前記各回転要素のうちのいずれか一つの回転要素または前記ピニオンギヤである
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の歯車機構において、
前記ピニオンギヤは、第1回転要素に噛み合う第1ギヤと、前記各回転要素のうち前記第1回転要素以外の回転要素に噛み合う第2ギヤとを備えている
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の歯車機構において、
前記第1歯車は、前記駆動力源からトルクが入力され、
前記出力部材に連結された第2歯車を備え、
前記第1歯車と前記第2歯車とが噛み合いかつ前記第1歯車が前記第2歯車よりも高回転で回転するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の歯車機構において、
前記第1歯車は、前記出力部材に連結され、
前記駆動力源からトルクが入力される第3歯車を備え、
前記第1歯車と前記第3歯車とが噛み合いかつ前記第1歯車が前記第3歯車よりも高回転で回転するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする歯車機構。
