Abstract

Claims (5)
- 熱伝導部材を介して筐体に取り付けられる電池モジュールであって、
一方向に配列される複数の電池セルと、前記電池セルの前記一方向に交差する面である主面に接触するように配置されて前記一方向に配列される複数の伝熱プレートと、を有する配列体と、
前記配列体を前記一方向に加圧した状態で拘束する拘束部と、
を備え、
前記伝熱プレートは、
前記主面に接触する第一本体部と、
前記第一本体部の一端部から前記主面に交差する方向に折れ曲がり、前記熱伝導部材に接触する第二本体部と、を有し、
前記第二本体部における前記一端部とは反対側の他端部と、前記第一本体部から前記第二本体部が折れ曲がる方向に隣接して配置されている前記伝熱プレートとが、前記電池セルの膨張による前記伝熱プレートの前記一方向における移動量に応じた距離離れている、電池モジュール。 - 前記一方向における前記第二本体部の長さは、前記一方向における前記第一本体部の厚みの1倍以上10倍以下である、請求項1記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記距離は、前記電池セルの膨張による前記伝熱プレートの最大移動量よりも長い、請求項1又は2記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記配列体の一方の端部に配置される弾性部材を更に備えており、
前記拘束部は、前記配列体と前記弾性部材とを前記一方向に加圧した状態で拘束する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記一方向における前記第二本体部の長さは、前記一方向において前記弾性部材から遠い位置に配置されている前記電池セルに接触する伝熱プレートほど長い、請求項4記載の電池モジュール。
