Claims (9)
- 積層された複数の電池を有する電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体を収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に収容されるとともに前記筐体を補強する骨格部と、を備え、前記骨格部は、
第1方向に延在する幹部と、
前記幹部から突出するとともに前記第1方向に配列される複数の枝部と、
隣り合う一対の枝部によって区画されて前記電池積層体が収容される複数の収容空間と、を有し、
前記幹部及び前記複数の枝部は、前記筐体に固定されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記複数の枝部に連結されて前記電池積層体を固定するエンドプレートをさらに備え、
前記エンドプレートは、前記複数の収容空間に対応する複数の本体部と、隣り合う本体部同士を連結する連結部とを有し、
前記連結部は、隣り合う前記本体部の相対的な変位に応じて変形可能である請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記幹部は中空構造を有し、本電池パックに用いられる部材が収容される請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記幹部は中空構造を有し、前記電池から排出されるガスの排気ダクトを構成する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記枝部は中空構造を有し、前記電池から排出されるガスの排気ダクトを構成する請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記枝部は、中空構造を有するとともに、内部で枝部の延在方向に延びる棒部材を有し、
前記棒部材に前記エンドプレートが固定される請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池積層体の冷却部をさらに備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記幹部は中空構造を有し、
前記冷却部は、冷媒配管を有し、
前記冷媒配管は、少なくとも一部が前記幹部に収容される請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記筐体は、開口を有する容器部と、前記容器部の開口を塞ぐ蓋部とを含み、
前記幹部及び前記複数の枝部はそれぞれ、前記容器部に固定される固定部を有する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
