Abstract
【解決手段】四輪駆動車100に搭載される駆動力配分装置1は、ディファレンシャル機構4及びクラッチ機構5を備え、ディファレンシャル機構4は、デフケース40と、ピニオンシャフト41と、一対のピニオンギヤ42,42と、一対のサイドギヤ43,43とを有する。ピニオンシャフト41には、デフケース40の回転が停止した状態で一対のピニオンギヤ42,42が互いに逆方向に回転する二輪駆動時に、一対のピニオンギヤ42のうち下方に位置するピニオンギヤ42側から上方に位置するピニオンギヤ42側へ潤滑油Lを流動させることが可能な流路410が形成され、下方に位置するピニオンギヤ42の回転によって流路410に潤滑油Lが供給される。

Description
本発明の第1の実施の形態について、図1乃至図5を参照して説明する。
四輪駆動車100は、走行用の駆動力を発生させる駆動源としてのエンジン102、トランスミッション103、左右一対の主駆動輪としての前輪104L,104R、及び左右一対の補助駆動輪としての後輪105L,105Rと、エンジン102の駆動力を前輪104L,104R及び後輪105L,105Rに伝達可能な駆動力伝達系101と、制御装置13及び油圧ユニット14とを備えている。なお、本実施の形態において、各符号における「L」及び「R」は、車両の前進方向に対する左側及び右側の意味で使用している。
図2は、駆動力配分装置1の構成例を水平断面で示す断面図である。
以上説明した第1の実施の形態によれば、四輪駆動車100の二輪駆動時にディファレンシャル機構4のデフケース40の回転が停止しても、一対のピニオンギヤ42,42のうちデフケース40の回転軸線Oよりも上方に位置するピニオンギヤ42に潤滑油Lが供給される。これにより、潤滑不足によるピニオンギヤ42やピニオンシャフト41あるいはワッシャ44の摩耗が抑制される。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について、図6及び図7を参照して説明する。第2の実施の形態は、ピニオンシャフト41A、及びピニオンシャフト41Aに軸支された一対のピニオンギヤ42Aの構成が、第1の実施の形態と異なっている。
次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態について、図8及び図9を参照して説明する。第3の実施の形態は、ピニオンギヤ42B、及びこのピニオンギヤ42Bが摺接するワッシャ44Bの構成が、第1の実施の形態と異なっている。
次に、本発明の第4の実施の形態について、図10を参照して説明する。第4の実施の形態は、ピニオンシャフト9の構成が、第1の実施の形態と異なっている。
以上、本発明を上記第1乃至第4の実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明はこの実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変形して実施することが可能である。例えば、上記第1乃至第3の実施の形態では、ピニオンシャフト41,41Aに1つの流路410が形成された場合について説明したが、これに限らず、ピニオンシャフトに複数の流路を形成し、そのうちの一部の流路を一端部側から他端部側へ潤滑油を流動させるための流路とし、他の流路を他端部側から一端部側へ潤滑油を流動させるための流路としてもよい。また、この場合、一部の流路が一方のピニオンギヤのピニオンギヤ挿通孔の開口縁部ならびに他方のピニオンギヤのピニオンギヤ挿通孔の内周面に対向して開口すると共に、他の流路が一方のピニオンギヤのピニオンギヤ挿通孔の内周面ならびに他方のピニオンギヤのピニオンギヤ挿通孔の開口縁部に開口してもよい。また、上記第1乃至第4の実施の形態では、一対のサイドギヤにギヤ軸を直交させて噛み合うピニオンギヤが2つである場合について説明したが、これに限らず、一対のサイドギヤに3つ又は4つ、もしくはそれ以上のピニオンギヤが噛み合うようにしてもよい。

- 前輪及び後輪のうち、一方を左右一対の主駆動輪として備えると共に他方をプロペラシャフトを介して駆動力が伝達される左右一対の補助駆動輪として備え、駆動源から前記プロペラシャフトへの駆動力の伝達を遮断可能な第1の断続機構によって二輪駆動状態と四輪駆動状態とを切り替え可能な四輪駆動車に搭載される駆動力配分装置であって、
前記四輪駆動状態において前記プロペラシャフトを介して伝達された前記駆動源の駆動力を前記左右一対の補助駆動輪に差動を許容して配分するディファレンシャル機構と、
前記左右一対の補助駆動輪のうち何れか一方の補助駆動輪と前記ディファレンシャル機構との間に配置され、前記ディファレンシャル機構から前記一方の補助駆動輪への駆動力の伝達を遮断可能な第2の断続機構とを備え、
前記ディファレンシャル機構は、前記プロペラシャフトにギヤ機構を介して連結されたデフケースと、前記デフケースに支持されて前記デフケースと一体回転するピニオンシャフトと、前記ピニオンシャフトに軸支された複数のピニオンギヤと、前記複数のピニオンギヤにギヤ軸を直交させて噛合する一対のサイドギヤとを有し、前記複数のピニオンギヤと前記一対のサイドギヤとの噛み合いが潤滑油によって潤滑され、
前記ピニオンシャフトには、前記デフケースの回転が停止した状態で前記一対のサイドギヤが互いに逆方向に回転する二輪駆動時に、前記複数のピニオンギヤのうち下方に位置するピニオンギヤ側から他のピニオンギヤ側へ前記潤滑油を流動させることが可能な流路が形成され、
