前記蓄電装置に対する搭載機器の要求出力を推定するために搭載機器の状態を検出する搭載機器状態検出部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記蓄電装置の温度と前記暖機回路の加温媒体を循環させるか否かを判定する判定温度とに基づいて前記加温媒体の循環を制御すると共に、
前記搭載機器状態検出部における検出結果に応じて前記判定温度を変更する。
Claims (5)
- 原動機と、前記原動機の動力の補助及び発電を行う電動機と、前記電動機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置と、加温媒体を前記蓄電装置の近傍に循環する暖機回路と、前記暖機回路の加温媒体の循環を制御する制御装置とを備えるハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記蓄電装置に対する搭載機器の要求出力を推定するために搭載機器の状態を検出する搭載機器状態検出部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記蓄電装置の温度と前記暖機回路の加温媒体を循環させるか否かを判定する判定温度とに基づいて前記加温媒体の循環を制御すると共に、
前記搭載機器状態検出部における検出結果に応じて前記判定温度を変更することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記搭載機器状態検出部は、ハイブリッド式建設機械を操作する操作レバーの状態を検出する操作レバー状態検出部、ハイブリッド式建設機械の動作の可否を切り替えるゲートロックレバーの状態を検出するゲートロックレバー状態検出部、前記原動機の設定回転数を検出する原動機設定回転数検出部、ハイブリッド式建設機械が搭載する作業機を駆動する作動油の温度を検出する作動油温検出部、前記原動機の回転数を検出する原動機回転数検出部、前記蓄電装置の暖機運転の状態を判定する暖機運転状態判定部、外気温度を検出する外気温度検出部、又は前記原動機の冷却水の温度を検出する原動機冷却水温度検出部のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記蓄電装置は、複数の蓄電セルを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記判定温度として、前記蓄電装置を暖機する目標温度、又は前記蓄電装置が有する前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差を判定する温度の少なくともいずれか一方を用いることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記制御装置は、前記判定温度として、少なくとも前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差を判定する温度を用い、
前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差を判定するための温度として、第一判定温度と前記第一判定温度よりも低い第二判定温度とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差が前記第一判定温度に到達した場合に前記加温媒体の循環を停止し、前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差が前記第二判定温度に到達した場合に前記加温媒体を循環するように制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記制御装置は、前記判定温度として、少なくとも前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差を判定する温度を用い、
前記蓄電セルの内部の温度差を検出する温度計測部は、前記加温媒体が流れる方向に対して最も上流側に位置する蓄電セルの内部の温度差を計測することを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。
