Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る燃料電池の単位セル射出金型は、膜電極接合体(MEA)と気体拡散層(GDL)とが一体化されたインサートに、高分子樹脂を射出して形成されるフレームが一体化されてなる燃料電池の単位セルを射出する射出金型であって、上部モールド;前記上部モールドに結合し、内部に前記インサートが挿入されるインサート領域と、高分子樹脂が射出されてフレームが形成される射出領域とを含むように内部空間を形成する下部モールド;および弾性材質で形成され、前記上部モールドおよび前記下部モールドに互いに対向して配置され、前記インサートをクランピングして前記内部空間を前記インサート領域および前記射出領域に区画しながら、前記インサート領域への高分子樹脂の流入を防止する弾性突起部;を含む。

Claims (9)
- 膜電極接合体と気体拡散層とが一体化されたインサートに、高分子樹脂を射出して形成されるフレームが一体化されてなる燃料電池の単位セルを射出する射出金型であって、
上部モールド;
前記上部モールドに結合し、内部に前記インサートが挿入されるインサート領域と、高分子樹脂が射出されてフレームが形成される射出領域とを含むように内部空間を形成する下部モールド;および
弾性材質で形成され、前記上部モールドおよび前記下部モールドに互いに対向して配置され、前記インサートをクランピングして前記内部空間を前記インサート領域および前記射出領域に区画しながら、前記インサート領域への高分子樹脂の流入を防止する弾性突起部;を含んでなることを特徴とする、燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。 - 前記弾性突起部は、
前記インサート領域と前記射出領域との間に位置するように前記上部モールドに固定された上部弾性突起;および
前記上部弾性突起に対向するように前記下部モールドに固定された下部弾性突起;を含み、
前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起は、前記射出領域から前記インサート領域へ行くほどそれらの間の間隔が減少するように設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。 - 前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起は、前記インサートに接触する表面に凹凸面を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。
- 前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起の前記インサートに接触する面にそれぞれ付着する一対の保護パッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。
- 前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起は、前記保護パッドに比べて耐熱温度が高く熱伝導度が低い特性を有するゴム材質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。
- 前記上部弾性突起、前記下部弾性突起および前記保護パッドはゴム材質で形成され、
前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起は前記保護パッドに比べて硬度の高い材質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。 - 前記上部モールドおよび前記下部モールドは、
前記インサート領域と前記射出領域との間に互いに対向して突設された上部突起および下部突起をさらに含み、
前記上部弾性突起および前記下部弾性突起は、前記上部突起および前記下部突起をくるむように設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。 - 前記弾性突起部は、前記上部弾性突起と前記下部弾性突起が互いに異なる形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。
- 前記上部モールドおよび前記下部モールドは、
前記インサートに接触しないように、前記インサート領域が前記インサートの厚さより厚く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池の単位セル射出金型。
