Abstract
Description
紙葉類に付着した検出すべき付着物による吸収率の高い第1の波長帯の第1の光と、前記第1の波長帯よりも前記付着物による吸収率が低い第2の波長帯の第2の光とを、前記紙葉類に照射する照射手段と、
前記照射手段を制御して、前記第1の光および前記第2の光を交互に前記紙葉類に照射させる照射制御手段と、
前記紙葉類を透過した前記第1の光および前記第2の光を受光する受光手段と、
前記受光手段により受光された第1の光の強度と前記受光手段により受光された第2の光の強度との差分が閾値を超える場合、前記紙葉類に前記付着物が付着していることを検出する検出手段と、
を有する紙葉類検査装置。
Claims (8)
- 紙葉類に付着した検出すべき付着物による吸収率の高い第1の波長帯の第1の光と、前記第1の波長帯よりも前記付着物による吸収率が低い第2の波長帯の第2の光とを、前記紙葉類に照射する照射手段と、
前記照射手段を制御して、前記第1の光および前記第2の光を交互に前記紙葉類に照射させる照射制御手段と、
前記紙葉類を透過した前記第1の光および前記第2の光を受光する受光手段と、
前記受光手段により受光された第1の光の強度と前記受光手段により受光された第2の光の強度との差分に基づいて、前記紙葉類に付着している前記付着物を検出する検出手段と、
を有する紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記検出手段によって検出された前記付着物の面積に基づき、前記紙葉類を再使用するか否かを判定する判定手段を更に有する
請求項1記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記照射手段の前記第1の光および前記第2の光は、同一の光路を通過して前記紙葉類に照射される
請求項1又は請求項2記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記照射手段は、前記第1の光を照射する複数の第1の発光素子と、前記第2の光を照射する複数の第2の発光素子とを有し、
前記複数の第1の発光素子および前記複数の第2の発光素子は、交互に並べられて配列される
請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか一項記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記照射手段は、搬送中の前記紙葉類に前記第1の光および前記第2の光を照射し、
前記複数の第1の発光素子および前記複数の第2の発光素子は、前記紙葉類が搬送される方向と交差する方向に交互に並べられて配置され、
前記受光手段は、前記紙葉類が搬送される方向と交差する方向に並べられて配置される複数の受光素子を有する
請求項4記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記複数の第1の発光素子および前記複数の第2の発光素子は、前記紙葉類が搬送される方向と交差する方向に複数列並んだ状態で配置される
請求項4記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 前記第1の光は、波長3.3[μm]以上3.6[μm]以下の波長帯をピークとする光であり、
前記第2の光は、波長2.4[μm]以上2.6[μm]以下の波長帯をピークとする光である
請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一項記載の紙葉類検査装置。 - 供給された紙葉類を取り出す取出手段と、
前記取出手段によって取り出された前記紙葉類を搬送する搬送手段と、
前記搬送手段によって搬送される前記紙葉類に付着している前記付着物を検出し、検出した前記付着物の面積に基づき、前記紙葉類を再使用するか否かを判定する請求項2記載の紙葉類検査装置と、
前記判定手段の判定結果に基づいて、前記紙葉類の集積先を切り替える切替手段と、
を有する紙葉類処理装置。
