Claims (7)
- 質量%で、Dy2O3を73%以上含有することを特徴とするガラス材。
- さらに、質量%で、B2O3 0〜27%、P2O5 0〜27%、SiO2 0〜27%、Al2O3 0〜27%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス材。
- 質量%で、B2O3+P2O5+SiO2 0〜27%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス材。
- 磁性材料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材。
- 磁気光学素子として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材。
- ファラデー回転素子として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載のガラス材。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材を製造するための方法であって、ガラス原料塊を浮遊させて保持した状態で、前記ガラス原料塊を加熱融解させて溶融ガラスを得た後に、前記溶融ガラスを冷却する工程を備えることを特徴とする、ガラス材の製造方法。
