Abstract
Description
先端側筒部の内側に位置するように設けられて、上流側通路と弁室とを連通させる入口通路(11)と、
弁室に設けられ、入口通路を介して上流側通路から下流側通路への作動流体の流通を許可する開状態と作動流体の流通を阻止する閉状態とにわたって入口通路を開閉する弁体(7)と、
入口通路が貫通して設けられ先端側筒部の内側に固定される被固定部(60)と被固定部から下流側に延びる形状であって弁体を軸方向に摺動可能に支持する軸部(61)とを含んで構成される支持部材(6)と、
閉状態にするために弁体を軸方向に沿って上流側に変位させるように押すシャフト(4)と、
シャフトを上流側へ駆動する駆動力を発生する電磁ソレノイド部(3)と、
を備え、
弁体は、シャフトに押される底部(71)を有し支持部材の軸部が内接する筒状体であり、底部においてシャフトと接触しない部位を貫通し開状態において筒状体の内部室(23)とドレン通路(15)とを連通させる圧力解放通路(13)を有する。
第1実施形態の電磁弁1について、図1〜図3を参照しながら説明する。図1は、例えば自動車のオートマチックトランスミッションシステムに搭載され、変速制御のために油路切換えを行う電磁弁1全体の概要構成を示す。電磁弁1は、ハウジング2に収容される流路制御部と、流路制御部と一体に連結される電磁ソレノイド部3と、を備えて構成される。

Claims (2)
- 作動流体が電磁弁に向けて流れる上流側通路(51)と前記作動流体が流出する下流側通路(53)とが形成される通路形成部材(5)の装着穴(52)に装着される先端側筒部(2a)を有し、弁室(22)を前記先端側筒部の内側に有するハウジング(2)と、
前記先端側筒部の内側に位置するように設けられて、前記上流側通路と前記弁室とを連通させる入口通路(11)と、
前記弁室に設けられ、前記入口通路を介して前記上流側通路から前記下流側通路への前記作動流体の流通を許可する開状態と前記作動流体の流通を阻止する閉状態とにわたって前記入口通路を開閉する弁体(7)と、
前記入口通路が貫通して設けられ前記先端側筒部の内側に固定される被固定部(60)と前記被固定部から下流側に延びる形状であって前記弁体を軸方向に摺動可能に支持する軸部(61)とを含んで構成される支持部材(6)と、
前記閉状態にするために前記弁体を前記軸方向に沿って上流側に変位させるように押すシャフト(4)と、
前記シャフトを前記上流側へ駆動する駆動力を発生する電磁ソレノイド部(3)と、
を備え、
前記弁体は、前記シャフトに押される底部(71)を有し前記軸部が内接する筒状体であり、前記底部において前記シャフトと接触しない部位を貫通し前記開状態において前記筒状体の内部室(23)とドレン通路(15)とを連通させる圧力解放通路(13)を有する電磁弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記開状態のときに、前記底部を有する下流側端部(73)のうち前記ハウジングに設けた弁座(24)に接触する部分の直径寸法(R11)が、前記閉状態のときに前記入口通路を閉じる上流側端部(74)の直径寸法(R1)よりも小さく、前記筒状体の内径寸法(R2)に対して同等以上になるように形成されている請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
