Claims (6)
- 酸性液の中和剤が収納された処理槽と、前記処理槽内に配置され、前記処理槽内に収納された前記中和剤の残量が予め設定された所定量に達したか否かを検知する残量センサとを備えた酸性液の中和処理器において、
前記残量センサとして、前記処理槽の上部に所定の間隔を隔てて設定された2本の電極棒と、前記処理槽内に上下動のみ可能に配置され、前記中和剤の重量によって浮上高さが規制されるフロート部と、前記フロート部と一体に形成されたカップ部と、前記カップ部内に溜められた酸性液に前記2本の電極棒が接触したことを検出する検出器とからなるものを備えたことを特徴とする酸性液の中和処理器。 - 前記処理槽は、前記フロート部及び前記カップ部を上下方向にのみ移動可能に案内するガイド部材を有し、当該ガイド部材は、その内側に形成される前記フロート部、前記カップ部及び前記中和剤の収納空間内に、前記処理槽内の酸性液が流通可能であるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸性液の中和処理器。
- 前記中和剤として、前記収納空間内及び前記収納空間を除く前記処理槽内に粒状中和剤を収納したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の酸性液の中和処理器。
- 前記収納空間内に収納される前記粒状中和剤は、個々の粒状中和剤がバインダを介して一体に結合され、前記収納空間内に収納可能な形状に成形された寿命検知用中和剤モジュールであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の酸性液の中和処理器。
- 前記収納空間を除く前記処理槽内に収納される前記粒状中和剤は、個々の粒状中和剤がバインダを介して一体に結合され、前記収納空間を除く前記処理槽内に収納可能な形状に成形された中和剤モジュールであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の酸性液の中和処理器。
- 前記中和剤モジュールの一部に、前記フロート部、前記カップ部及び前記寿命検知用中和剤を配置するための切欠部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の酸性液の中和処理器。
