Abstract
【解決手段】コンタクトモジュール15がソケットベース20に取り付けられていない状態では、上側プレート23がコンタクトピン16の弾性力によって最上位P2に位置決めされるように構成されている(選択図(a))。コンタクトモジュール15がソケットベース20の高さ固定部18に取り付けられて配線基板13上に配置された状態では、上側プレート23がコンタクトピン16の弾性力に抗して下側プレート21側へ下がって所定の基準位置P1に位置決めされることにより、コンタクトピン16の下側接触部29が配線基板13に所定の接圧で接触するように構成されている(選択図(b))。

Claims (3)
- モジュール本体に複数のコンタクトピンが上下方向に弾性的に伸縮自在に配設されるとともに、電気部品が収容されるコンタクトモジュールと、このコンタクトモジュールが下方から挿入されて取り付けられた状態で配線基板上に配置される枠形のソケットベースとを備え、前記各コンタクトピンの上側接触部および下側接触部がそれぞれ前記電気部品および前記配線基板に接触することにより、このコンタクトピンを介して前記電気部品と前記配線基板とが互いに電気的に接続される電気部品用ソケットであって、
前記モジュール本体は、前記ソケットベースの高さ固定部に取り付けられる上側プレートと、この上側プレートの下方に位置する下側プレートとを有し、
前記上側プレートは、付勢手段で上向きに付勢された状態で前記下側プレートに対して上下動自在に設けられ、
前記コンタクトモジュールが前記ソケットベースに取り付けられていない状態では、前記上側プレートが前記付勢手段の付勢力によって最上位に位置決めされるとともに、
前記コンタクトモジュールが前記ソケットベースの前記高さ固定部に取り付けられて前記配線基板上に配置された状態では、当該コンタクトモジュールが前記ソケットベースの前記高さ固定部および前記配線基板によって上下方向に挟み込まれて、前記上側プレートが前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記下側プレート側へ下がって所定の基準位置に位置決めされることにより、前記複数のコンタクトピンの前記下側接触部が前記配線基板に所定の接圧で接触するように構成されていることを特徴とする電気部品用ソケット。 - 前記複数のコンタクトピンによって前記上側プレートを上向きに付勢することにより、当該コンタクトピンが前記付勢手段を兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気部品用ソケット。
- 前記コンタクトモジュールが前記ソケットベースに取り付けられていない状態において、このコンタクトモジュールの高さは、前記上側プレートが前記基準位置に位置決めされたときの基準高さより高くなるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気部品用ソケット。
